- 续2021年头拍过WELLSPRING 的SHOWROOM之后，不知不觉就过了两年多而这项目也迈入了建造的尾声。
就如我常常跟客户说的“showroom永远都不是我们的房子”一样，毕竟完全没有装修的状况进到bare unit的感受一定不同的。
整体来说还算是满意，因为发展商提供了不少值得被珍惜的部分。从电梯出来的走廊第一印象就加分了，这对楼层的通风效应会有大大的提升。
至于单位里面跟之前临时搭建的示范单位尺寸几乎没什么差别，看到的都给到了。没看的也给了不少，比如阳台提供了水龙头这让我在五十多万的项目中是属于一种小惊喜。
GARDEN UNIT也应该非常舒服毕竟外面的公园非常宽阔如无意外也不会天天有人来使用， 那四间单位会有一点像Landed的感觉。
个人蛮喜欢顶楼的隔热屋顶模式，就像一般的LANDED做法把plaster ceiling 与屋顶的距离拉远，再加上隔热膜和瓦片来防护。这举动应该会大大的降低所谓“住顶楼会很热” 的说法。
WELLSPRING 将在2023年尾至2024年头之间交房，目前还剩下一些单位可以入手。

After filming WELLSPRING's SHOWROOM in early 2021, more than two years have passed and this project has also entered the end of construction.
Just like what I often say to clients, "the showroom will never be our house", after all, the feeling of entering a bare unit without decoration at all must be different.
So far, it is quite satisfactory, because the developer has provided many parts that are worth cherishing. The first impression of the corridor from the elevator is extra points, which will greatly improve the ventilation effect of the floor.
As for the size of the unit, there is almost no difference between the size of the demonstration unit that was temporarily built before, and everything you see is given. It also provide lot of things which didn't mention before. For example, water tap was provided on the balcony, which made me a little surprise in the project of around MYR500,000 .
The garden unit should also be very comfortable. After all, the park outside is very spacious and usually no one will come to use it every day. The four units will feel a bit like staying in landed house
I personally like the insulation roof mode on the top floor, just like the general LANDED method, the distance between the plaster ceiling and the roof is extended, and insulation film and tiles are added for protection. This move should greatly reduce the so-called "living on the top floor will be hot" myth.
WELLSPRING will hand over the house between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, and there are still some units left to buy.

Mic, 请问carpark 和 unit是同楼层 （同样是5楼），少了搭lift去unit的时间，是advantage吗？

北海的项目是多，但对我而言各自都有不一样的区别。我觉得最重要还是回到来我们知道自己为了什么而买。
如果是有电车的，car park 是否可以安装充电器？
