NOTE: This is an airsoft unboxing video. This is not a real pistol!
So, in this video I bring to you my first real unboxing video of one of my "Project RS Case" project cases. In this instance it is a Sig Sauer P228, or more precisely the WE F228 GBB airsoft pistol.
I will put up a video with more information and kind of "behind the scenes" footage to further explain what is in this box and what I had to do to create it.

Filmed with my new Panasonic HC-V720 camcorder, audio captured with Zoom H1N recorder. Lighting provided by 3x generic CFL softboxes. White balance calibrated, white balance corrected, exposure corrected and color corrected in post. I do my best to try to make my footage look as close to real life as possible. - บันเทิง

This is how I want my airsoft pistol kept. Realism as much as possible for a replica... even up to the hard case!

Back in the days (20 years ago) they weren't so many models available and the quality were not like it seems today
Yeah this is a custom setup that I made, so not a retail box for the airsoft. The manual is indeed a real Sig manual. The airsoft one is in the WE box still :p

Hey! This is a very specific project where I tried to replicate real pistol cases. I understand it is not for everyone. Also this was not a review but rather an unboxing, thus the emphasis on the box and its contents!

Haven't personally used any metal sigs by WE, how's the fit and finish though? Any annoying rattle noises from the mag well or slide when you shake the gun?
Somath Thach Hmmm.. Fit, 7/10. Finish, 6/10. Rattles a little bit but not crazy much. Up until I got their new series M9 I would of said it was pretty damn good. But I wish they would remake their Sig series with their new standards they set for the M9 series, because those are awesome for the price.
Did the case come with the gun?
I have a question. For a tokyo marui 5-7 .it keeps on leaking for me and I tried to buy a new mag or see if the prong was messed up but it still won't work with tmx gas or green gas which is what it's suppose to take. How can I prevent it from leaking?

Hey how you doing awesome review I have few question for you (1) what website did you actually purchase this item from cause I'm looking to buy one (2) is it a good weapon for target practice (3) is it heavy in other sense does the weapon have weight on a scale from 1-10 how would you rate this weapon compare to the glock 17 review that you did which feels realistic
Jovanie Dawes Hey there! Let's see if I can answer this :D1. It was purchased from AirsoftGlobal. You can find it under Pistols and then the HK brand name. It does not come with this custom case though! 2. Target practise with airsofts is what it is. They are inherently not that accurate. So you would have to accept some deviation from shot to shot. But yes it is fun for target shooting and plinking. 3. Hmmm... The weight of this thing is close to the real one, so I'd give it a 9/10 for that. The overall look, finish and realism of it, I would rate at about 7/10. I like it a lot! Hope that helps!
Do they have one in tan because I live in NY and it's illegal to have a full black airsoft gun it has to bright or tan
Hmmm... I think I have seen some Sigs floating around in tan but I think they are from KJW and not WE.But you can get some airsoft retailers to repaint the guns for you.

Take your mags to an airsoft store, and buy a new set of 'o-rings'. The shop should install them for you.

Nope, custom made project.
does the gun rattle at all?
+classy021 Yes. Primarily from the play in the magazine, but also a bit in the barrel and frame fitment. Nothing too extreme though.
+Non Existent what about the kwc 1911? I saw your review on that... I really want a gun that makes little to no noise when shaken but it's hard to tell without holding it myself.
+classy021 That one is actually more solid. Magazine does not rattle. A tiny bit on slide-to-rails and slide-to-barrel. But I don't normally go around shaking my guns :p
You won't find any airsoft guns, or probably real ones either for that matter, that don't rattle a little bit when shaken around.

Its dumb how you act like the box is so important. THE BOX IS ONLY TO PUT A AIRSOFT GUN IN ITS NOT THAT IMPORTANT. WHY AM I TYPING IN ALL CAPS YOU MAY ASK? Idk. Not hatin just saying.
That's kind of the whole point of these videos though. It's called "Project RS Case". Replicating the real pistol cases for my airsoft ones. That's why it's mainly about the box :D
Ok, I know it's an unboxing but for God's sake what about the gun, what is it made of, how does it handle, is it accurate, who makes it etc etc. As for the informative section on waste paper wtf are you thinking. Free tissues for all those who think this was useful.
Full metal aluminum/pot metal construction, handles nicely, accuracy is shit, made by WE. FPS 280-320.
