Maybe they’re doing it because Mew was considered a legendary, now mythical, but they want them to be the “leaders” on teams… idk. That was my first thought
I've started having mew as my main attacker role and I've got around 75 matches in total now.
I do believe the buff was not necessary, as Mew is strong in good hands. The damage is good too. But I'm gonna take it anyway😊
At least mew has a way higher skillcap than other mons cloned from it 😅

i immediately knew i would fear for my life after these buffs, but id prefer to get destroyed by mew anyday over a lot of the other previously broken mons!!
She really needed that basic attack damage buff because it was honestly a pain clearing wild pokemon with her.

@@ChodyRayand where did you get that from? I'm pretty sure it's gender is unknown, so calling it she or he is dumb, since nobody knows it's gender. If you are talking about the movie where the voice actor is a female, there is also one where the voice actor is male, so I'm not sure where you got that information from.
I do believe Mew deserved a buff, having so many broken sp atk pokemon that require absolutely no brain at all, it makes sense that one of the most difficult pokemon in the game gets buffed to match against them, it just feels way more rewarding playing Mew right now and I couldn't be happier about it
I said it in a old spragles video on mew getting nerfed, I said that I will return to my former glory (or something like that)... and look what we have here... 😈

Mew has always been good tho. I say post-nerf mew made me think way more on how to play Mew correctly. Now combine that with current Mew

The buffs to solar beam and lightscreen were nice to have. Not sure about the lifesteal tho... a win is a win I guess? 😂
But mew take some skill to use, thats rewarding, much much better than the "A" presing from a caveman.

I honestly find this hilariously poetic because they now buffed a pokémon that requires high skill cap for it to be fully efficient while nerfing the broken pokémon that required no skill at to be used well.

mew is strong & maybe they buffed slightly more but it's good cuz it has high skillcap and has many counterplays, timi should release this type of Pokemon more like mew,delphox etc ,less damage for basic attack & more damage from combo attacks

the boosted aa / life steal were more than enough, it’s actually the buffs I’ve been calling for on pretty much every Mew video. the Solarbeam buff was a touch too much but I’m happy I can pick my main up again!
I think Mew is strong but most people playing this game make the mon look below average. This will affect pro play most I think
i think they basically want mew to be the carry of the game now because it is more high skilled and less tanky

They shouldn't have buffed mew, like it was still playable and now after the buffs mew experts are there again in every game and just unkillable
You know it takes a lot of practice and games to master Mew and it's not easy to play. Mew deserve the buffs!

It’s ok mew has a high skill cap so you need a decent amount of skill to carry but if you are newbs at mew you will just be very average

Mew buffs were needed, but why only Solar Beam? All this will do is help the "one trick" solar beam mews who are practically dead weight think they are doing better.

We’re somehow making progress while also going backwards; they have released many brain dead and absurdly broken pokemon for a while, but now at least they “only” buffed mew into being broken but he does take a lot of skill to perform just as much

these buffs are great, they do not make mew op

Mew is a far healthier top tier than most others we've had, but I don't think buffs were really needed, though spell vamp is nice.

They should buff Sableye, with all the new CC it is easy to counter Sableye and as new pokemons get added into the game it will be even harder to play Sableye :/

Even if Mew is broken, it's still a high skill ceiling mon. Unlike Mewtwo, which was completely dumb and broken.
After nerf of mew two my in my game there is no mew2 coming i played 6 to 7 games today .now i enjoy the game so much

Mew was just still based mon. There is no reason to buff just like gengar. If you really wanted a mew pr gengar buff then its just skill issue 😭😭
Or somebody just needed to play more matches with Mew and see how it struggles so bad against a lot of mons.

I can accept some of the buffs but the spell vamp is def what's gonna make Mew overtuned. Mew already had keep away, mobility and range. They def didn't need self sustain added. Other than that, Solar Beam buff was fine and boosted auto doesn't feel outrageous thankfully

I think this Mew is fine, since it's harder to play than most of the legendary, and without Mr. Mime it doesn't feel dominant

The new skin is lame and not worth Mew getting the timi treatment. Which is needlessly buff for a cash grab, then nerf it lower than it was. Aka the absol treatment.
Mew has been in a great spot for awhile, it got nerfed into the ground to the point where only the dedicated were able to use it successfully. But now, this recent patch and its needless buff has me scared.

Weird question, how do you select your moves so fast after resetting them? Wouldn't you have to let go of your left thumb to select the move?
i use my right thumb to change moves

@@brenukkyyuukary3215I am a half mew main and I can confirm the most I have ever dealt in any game is 40k with mew. Main reason being it's basic sucks(the boosted is good). The only way to deal good damage is through its moves and boosted. And also you need to learn a LOT of combos as it has 3 options for both of its moves unlike other mons who have just 2 option for each of its move and making it easier for them to use combination moves
Sad part is that Mew is probably getting nerfed again when competitive season stars again 💀
After this Mewtwo fiasco, I don’t think people are gonna mind that Mew is strong. It’s not gonna camp out at your goal making it impossible for you to defend and it’s not “hold down A to win”.
