This lighthearted TV show focused on the Boswell family, a family of Liverpudlians that were always just on the right side of the law and made money (or BREAD) any way they could.
It made me smile and while it was funny it was also a bit sad at times too..
Enjoy.. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
i love Bread i watch the repeats on Thats Tv Joey was my fave he was gorgeous back then the Boswells was my faves Grandad was always so funny . i was just a child when this show aired on Tv. this was the best part of the 80s.
RIP Jean Boht ❤
It was a show in Liverpool about entrepreneurship. 😊
it was not really filmed in Liverpool .
Those were the golden age of comedy how wonderful the world was back then growing up in the 80’s best time ever. How much more love their was between family/ relatives so much has changed!!!!!
Yeah... can't put my finger on what's changed Mohammed.
I could not agree with you more Mohammed... Wasn't keen on the music of the eighties (except for The Chameleons) but family values have certainly changed. I look round at the people doing there shopping at the weekend and think to myself how much peoples attitudes have changed within a spate of time... It's very disheartening and very sad....
Wasn’t it about a bunch of work-shy Scousers scamming people?
Salah lalalalalala Egyptian King
"Do not mention that womans name in this house! She is a tart!"
RIP Jean Boht.
Bloody love this show! 💖 🍞
Me too. A really great show, especially the first two series. I always wondered how Joey could afford the lovely Mk2 Jag and the stylish clothes.
The intro to Bread freaked me out as a kid, I didn't get why at the start the chicken was looking sideways, and at the end of the intro it was looking right at you.
I was 2 in 1986 to be fair.
I was sixteen and took my O Levels that year. Remember the theme tune very well - RIP Jean Boht, who would have been the same age as my father. He died 11 years ago aged 80.
2023 and here I am
