I love the way you are using an eastern europe spirits man! Beherovka, Zubrowka, Honey Krupnik... your knowledge of alcohols is outstanding! So impressive! Great channel!
I have to watch each of these videos at least twice (admittedly maybe more than that) because I get mesmerized by the making of the drink and don’t even pay any mind to the ingredients going in it.. Absolutely fantastic quality work! Keep it up!
I'm always looking forward to your vids. Thanks for all the work on this channel! It really elevates my bar game when I hang with friends + coworkers and order all this fancy shit no one knows about.
Always appriciate for the Wonderful videos!!! I replay these everyday. I'm maybe a digital alcoholic just because of you, Bonneville!! It would be much more nicer if you shoot videos about the basics of cocktails (tools, technics, theories, philosophy etc.) Thank you always :D
I totally agree with you about not using grenadine for the grapefruit julep. Using my store bought pomegrenade juice, the drink was very sweet; and I could taste syrups. It would definitely be overkill to use grendadine. Unless skimping on the syrups then sure, but idk if the drink will be the same...
Can there please be a Bonneville Cocktail Collection Recipe Book that comes into existence?! I would buy that thing so fast! Great stuff guys - thanks for the videos =)
I made the Reality Check drink today. Your version and the 80mls of lager pilsner version, I feel that 100mls of pilsner throws the drink off balance, 80mls is a perfectly balanced drink. Thank you guys so much for doing up this video, quite amazing you can make drinks and film them. I lost a lot of precious liquid by throwing it 4 times!
Welcome Back!! By the way, have you ever tried the drink called P2? vanilla vodka (absolut) 40 ml apple sourz 20 ml Fill with lemonade The drink is built with ice in a highball glass and garnished with slice of lime
subscriber cocktail: the Hugo M 30ml Lime Juice 10ml Cointreau 10ml Simple Sirup 10ml Elderflower Liqueur 60ml Gin Use an atomizer to coat a collins glass with some Absinthe, fill with ice. Shake the ingredients over ice and strain into the prepared glass. Top with champagne. I am using Orson's 42 Gin, which (as far as I know) is only available in Germany. It has some floral notes with just a bit of juniper in the background. So get a floral gin, if possible. Any classic London Dry Gin should do fine though.
I made the polish martini today, using absolut 100, an aged ukrainian spiced honey liqueur, and zubrowka bison grass.. it was tasty but way too strong that I could mostly taste straight vodka, I tabulated the abv to be 33+%. Because I’m not a regular drinker, I’m considering skipping the regular vodka and just make it bison grass, honey liqueur and apple Juice in the future because those two liqueurs are already 40abv and above.
Tried without the ordinary vodka and I think I found the problem, my honey liqueur has more spice than honey flavour. Sucks Krupnik is not available in asia.
@ THE BONNEVILLE COCKTAIL COLLECTION - I haven't seen a video of breakfast/brunch, cocktails like Mimosas and Bloody Marys. I think it would make a great video with you guys. Please consider it!

europe is the centre of great alcohol :)

I have quite the home bar but i dont have alot of these syrups or liqueurs that you have which makes your channel very interesting
So great, you're uploading regularly now. Would be nice if you always mention what brand you're using for the different recipes.
subscriber cocktail: the Hugo M
30ml Lime Juice
10ml Cointreau
10ml Simple Sirup
10ml Elderflower Liqueur
60ml Gin

@ THE BONNEVILLE COCKTAIL COLLECTION - I haven't seen a video of breakfast/brunch, cocktails like Mimosas and Bloody Marys. I think it would make a great video with you guys. Please consider it!
might as well call it "reality czech" because of the becherovka :D
So that Russian punch, I assume it is supposed to be drunk through the straw, so you end up with a lightly flavored champagne?
On the Reality Check, can the raspberries be replaced with anything else?
actually, I am here for your Tricks , lol
You should taste the cocktails and tell us how they are!
Finally !!
