As always, thank you for an amazing video, and lets not talk too much about vol. 1 😂. For Valentines i'll be serving up this 'low' apv cocktail: (recipe makes two) 30 g fresh raspberries 10 ml cane syrup 15 ml Ginger syrup 30 ml lime juice 30 ml of London dry gin Dry bubbles Muddle the berries and put everything except the bubbles in a siphon with one charge. After 15 seconds doublestrain into a chilled flute, top with bubbles and garnish with a skewered fresh raspberry and a piece of candied ginger.
Might have to make a couple of these for zoom Valentine's Day - great video as always! (Ps. Where do you get the little bottles from for your lime juice, simple etc?)
Just noticed that the "Player" cocktail is missing from the segments/description. But that said, a fun clip to watch again! 5/5 would open a bottle of fizz again
Do you always want to go kinda low ABV in champagne cocktails ? (by this I mean 25ml of spirit instead of the classic "around 50ml") And if so, why that, cost reasons or something else ? Great video by the way ! Gotta love those !
