I thought Kim died and I'd have to replay everything, and yet somehow, I think I've gotten the better ending now!
I love how Cuno insults Kim but when Harry tries to join in Cuno's just like, "Dude, not cool, he took a bullet for you." Also love the line "Who the fuck's gonna move it? The island janitor?"

It's a slight shame that the best result for a character that redeems himself, Cuno, is locked behind what is essentially the worst possible result between you and Kim's trust. In an ideal world, Cuno comes along for the ride, but, unfortunately that's not possible.
honestly at first when i played this game i thought that since this is a "party member system" then we could have even more party members in our team. It just felt right, especially with how many potential party memebers there was (Jean, Cuno, Titus etc.) . But oh well, guess thats left for the sequel that im gonna totally buy and legally own like a law abiding citizen :)
I had Kim's trust, I just rolled Snake Eyes on the last part of the tribunal. Anyone can have a moment of doubt, and that's what happened in my first playthrough.

It'd be cool if you could unlock an ending with both Kim and Cuno as your partners, like maybe playing through and getting the different ending unlocks an opportunity to get such an ending if Kim doesn't get shot and Cuno's opinion of you is high enough to care (I'm imagining an alternate scene where Harry wakes up to both Kim and Cuno, with Cuno making commentary about the bloodbath and, when asked why Cuno is there, Kim says he assisted Kim in aiding Harry, which Cuno vehemently denies because THE CUNO DOESN'T CARE, and then you have the option to convince Kim that Cuno's street smarts might be helpful, especially with Harry being injured it might help to have another set of hands to assist)
Not being best friends with Kim physically hurts me so I'll never get this myself, but I needed to see this from some brave soul who could manage it. The reading for 'why' in "*WHY* in the name of fuck would Cuno be hurt?" is one of the funniest line reads of the game. I replayed it like eight times.
You can be best friends with Kim and get the finale with Cuno at the same time. Who will be with you after the tribunal depends on whether Kim was injured or not, and even if you are besties, there is a chance to fail this check

I think if the real OG Cuno had done the lines around the Phasmid scene it would've taken away from the intense atmosphere the phasmid voice adds. I made a video with the phasmid speaking, imagine Cuno talking around that! But yeah, no old Cuno has definitely changed the feeling of the game for me.

To be frank, snakes eyes always fails. You can have 97%, with "Kim trusts you, Kim TRULY trusts you" and still roll snake eyes and fail.
