Moin moin! Ganz gute arbeit Jungs, das ihr so ein edelstück deutscher Baukunst noch am laufen hält :)). Ich hab doch eine frage - existiert den irgendwo noch ein einziger M6V46 motor der noch quasi laüft? Oder irgendein Exemplar, auser die zwei die noch in der U-995 in Laboe sind. Vielen dank und LB!
Hi! REALY? Why do they do that? Do they NOW think that this old german 4- Stroke - Diesel is better than the 2-Stroke-Detroit's, Alco's or GMD's from now??? These 2- Stroke are so simple to repair. A Blacksmith in the outback of India can do this... In most of all EMD's in the World are these american simple Dieselengines whith Compressor and/or Turbo(or Copies of them). And the NEW 4Stroker from today are not easy to repair if the down. VERY EXPENSIVE to make, many many EXPENSIVE Parts you need and the Mechanic must have a high qualification to do this all...
