Hello and thank you this video to provide information to us for our weight issues. I’ve gained more than 25 lbs since covid. I’ve been drinking not eating my calories. I’m more afraid of my heart bc floppy. It’s when your heart muscle cannot function bc it’s turned lost its strength. I’m going off white flour white potatoes and just use white rice in small portions. Fruit is important bc I have low blood sugar. I will have fruit in the morning and limit my carbs to 59 g per day. No more drinking I believe I killed enough brain cells. I never liked bed like this my whole life

I really like the Beyond Burger and the Impossible (that’s the one that “bleeds”. But they are healthier only in that they are less fattening and also for people who want to save the animals - but they have also found the companies who make them save 90% in bad emissions that meat processing plants have, and it saves a ton on water used - I just can’t remember that number…

Have you heard of Rooibos tea. High in oxidents. I just wondered what other properties it has? This is from South Africa.

The best results I had was doing OMAD, with weight training in the fasted state and NEAT, no specific cardio.
That netted me a total body weight loss of 18 kgs / 39 lbs. Not kidding myself, it was all fat.

1:17:21 Here I have to disagree. It takes on average 5 hours to fully empty the stomach - so how can anyone be in a fasted state if the stomach is still churning away? Once the stomach is empty, then start the timer of being in a fasted state.
If your last intake was @1800, add 5 hours which will make it 2300, only from there should the fasting timer start.
For a true 12 hour fast you'd not eat again till 1100.
Digestive disorders can see this emptying even go beyond 5 hours. I have a friend that had an endoscopy and that had to be terminated because the surgeon found food still present 14 hours after she had eaten. A follow up endosopy after a 24 hour of fasting showed that she was in the clear.

    1:13:16
certain foods you can eat that will burn down that harmful visceral fat you can
    1:13:22
actually eat foods to burn fat which is is kind of a counterintuitive thing

Oh god... 1.45 hours of listening to his opinion on what foods to eat? What part of the cast is the actual weight loss information in? I don't have time to listen. Whatever happened to people getting to the point in less than 2 hours?

Perfectly worded. I thank you for your opinion. Many people have the same opinion. The more videos I watch, the more I question if they have even researched what they are talking about. Im not referring to Dr. William Li. Have a peaceful day.

@johnsingleton8718 I think podcasters just like to hear themselves speak at this point.
