You'll know if your wifi service is throttling you by running a test when you first got your wifi and then later if you notice a drop in speed test it again. You can call your ISP and ask as well. when buying online or using internet banking you need to switch off your VPN and use your real location, some sites check your IP and home location and if they don't match you could be blocked from signing-in to your online accounts.

john boyd I’m really not sure. We’ve done it. All we did was make sure the Xbox wasn’t near it and hit the Xbox sync button, then went to Game Controllers, then add new controller. Worked perfect. Initially it didn’t work because the Xbox was in the same room. It can’t be connected to both at the same time (obviously)

This is one of the reasons I always suggest an unlimited data one. The free ones are best used only when downloading 3rd party programs. You won't be able to stream with them because you will run out of data in one movie. But it's nice to have when downloading. You don't need much for that purpose. Just remember to turn it off after. orcaspest what country are you in? You might need to use an App Store to get them, or just use the downloader and go to their website.

20MB internet will not work well with streaming. Maybe just Netflix. You need a faster plan to use 3rd party apps like Cinema HD

Force close the app. We have many videos on how to do that. I suggest you watch our beginners videos before doing advanced stuff like VPNs
If geo unblocking using a FREE VPN you can on some sites turn the VPN off once the stream has started and they have checked your location😉

@@CuriosityCafe Seems to be working now,. they were trying to connect me with the "best" location, which appeared to be in Canada. I manually switched to one in Chicago and the problem persisted, but eventually it connected.

when buying online or using internet banking you need to switch off your VPN and use your real location, some sites check your IP and home location and if they don't match you could be blocked from signing-in to your online accounts.

If you are in the US, you just simply search for it at the top. If you are outside the US, you can go to their website in downloader and download it that way
I tried ExpressVPN and they could not resolve my speed issues. Dropped from 110 to 20 just by connecting VPN.

john boyd I’m really not sure. We’ve done it. All we did was make sure the Xbox wasn’t near it and hit the Xbox sync button, then went to Game Controllers, then add new controller. Worked perfect. Initially it didn’t work because the Xbox was in the same room. It can’t be connected to both at the same time (obviously)

ExpressVPN is far superior to Windscribe. You will go through 10GB in a day, then have no protection. Did you contact support with ExpressVPN to help you? Windscribe has no support

This is one of the reasons I always suggest an unlimited data one. The free ones are best used only when downloading 3rd party programs. You won't be able to stream with them because you will run out of data in one movie. But it's nice to have when downloading. You don't need much for that purpose. Just remember to turn it off after. Otherwise consider ExpressVPN. We have a video on it with a discount code.
