Are you using the UGREEN adapter? It could be a power issue. Ensure you have an adequate power supply. I have found recently that the light does not come on right away with the UGREEN Multi USB Hub. However, after waiting a few minutes, the light does come on. You can also try giving each connection a little wiggle - it sounds daft, but this can help to reset the link.

Usually, the operating system takes up about 3.5 GB of space out of the 8 GB of storage on the Firestick.
