How detail does a child have to be for someone to be prosecuted?

      Good question.

Doesn't matter, if they report a concern it will be investigated. Even if it "wasn't that bad." If a child reports any signs of SA, it is concerning enough.

@@RossG117 The investigation will determine if charges are filed with the State's Attorney. The prosecution depends on what the state feels they can prove.

In Minnesota the standard is unequivocal evidence. Hence why Minnesota is a defacto sanctuary state for pdf files. Low charge rate. Short sentences. Protection within the prison systems.

She should not be giving the child examples of what is happening to her, because now you are providing them with options to choose, which can throw off what actually happened. You need to aks questions that allows the child to narrate

Yeah that was a big miss, she basically called the kid a liar. You can see the kid disengaging and being crushed, she walked away

@@music0coolthank you for noticing. This was her 5th interview as well. She gave up asking for help after this. And she was punished I’m sure for speaking up. Again. I pray for my baby every day. God will protect her and get her out of there.

This forensic interviewer needs more training. This is not an example of how a good forensic interview should be conducted. Lots of closed-ended and leading questions Yikes!

That was the worst interview I've ever saw. She didn't disclose anything but a spanking that I didn't agree with but is a huge reach for this interview.
