    If it offered a lay pull/row attachment option, I would’ve already bought one of these. I hate that their attachments aren’t standard sizes, but I’m still drawn to this rack. The space saving is greatness.

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ve spoken with their engineers and there are plans to make attachments, including the pull down/row.

    Really good review. I’m stuck trying to choose between ForceUSA and Archon. I like the MyRack and am very interested in their (this version) folding rack. Especially since it has west side spacing. Not a big issue for everyone. I just like the optional attachment heights. The other company I mentioned has a decent setup at a relatively good price but is lacking in things as far as attachments. Anyhow.. great job. Subscribed

      Thanks for subscribing. I’ll have to check out Archon, but I’ve been very satisfied with everything from Force USA.

    • @StevieRichardsFitness

      It comes with all the tools you need. However, having a power tool and socket wrench speeds it up immensely.

    Such a good review! One question, do you think it would be stable enough to hang a TRX / suspension trainer from the pull-up bar and perform exercises without the rack swaying too much or even tipping? Thanks!

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Tom,
      Thanks for watching the video and commenting. Great question.
      I have used suspension trainers like TRX and Monkii products without issue. However, you do need to have plates loaded to weigh it down if not bolted to the floor.

    Good review, thanks! How stable is the rack in the folded position? I assume fairly stable but could it fall if my kid bumps into it with their bike or walks by and grabs it?

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is fairly stable. I’ve bumped into it a couple times. However, adding plates to the weight plate holders definitely makes it more stable. The more plates you add, the better.

    Hi Stevie I have little space and I want a complete rack which you recommend Force USA power rack or Force USA Monster G9

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It really depends on how much space you have plus your budget. The MONSTER G9 includes a lot more, but takes up more space and costs way more.
      If space is severely limited, the folding MyRack is an excellent choice.

    @12:17 I wonder if you could attach the land line to the outside of the rack so that he can stay attached when being folded

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That may be true. I’m ok with just installing the attachment when needed right now. When I have more space, I’ll probably do that.

    Hi Stevie. Was just wondering, can you attach a lat pulldown on the back like in myrack. Thanks

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That attachment isn’t available yet for the folding MyRack, but is available for the standard one. I’ve had that attachment and it works very well.

  • @johneroyale
    @johneroyale 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    So glad I stumbled across this brand and particularly this rack. It's obviously more stable than a squat stand, but can you kip if necessary? Also, what is the depth when it's stowed away (folded position). And what is MSRP?

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can kip if you have it weighed down or bolted down. Stored away depth is 20”. The current price is $499.

  • @szuwu4254
    @szuwu4254 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    The instructions says need to be bolted down. What do you think? I saw you said as long as you have weights in the back I should be good. What are your thoughts?

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still haven’t bolted the rack and never had an issue.
      Of course it depends on your environment and amount of weights you have.
