Nice review! Was going to pull the trigger on getting this today and this review helped. Good to know that the rack is sturdy enough and doesnt need to be bolted down. However overall your review is very neutral.
I've this rack. With each cable try. Kinda wish I just got the latest pull down that goes behind the rack. Storage plates.. I used 5/8" rod with 1" still pipe over the rod. Works great. I've used it almost every day definitely a good rack for a garage gym. Good video
In regard to the band pegs, aren't you supposed to put the t part of it inside of your rack so that way the outside where you put your trailer hitch pins through or resting out there? I mean a band wouldn't slide off of that correct?
Just ordered mine. Can't wait. Bro you forgot about the number of holes for the j-cups and safeties. Huge freaking plus. All the other racks in this price range have like 14 t0 24 holes. Not cool for trying to get specific heights for OHP and incline presses. Good review though. None of those cons bothered me at all especially after your fix for bands. Thanks!

I agree, my review is very neutral. I guess that's because I don't have another rack to compare it to. Did you end up buying it?
Good review, watched many on this rack and yours covered it well. Thanks

I agree, a great rack for a garage gym. I'm glad it suits your needs!
@they call us outliers
Can you put the pull up bar lower?
Thx for the review, how tall are you and how many steps back you take when you unrack to squat??
I am 6'1" and I try to take just one moderate step backwards when unracking.

You have a very cool home gym. Especially the wall art.
Hey thank you! I drew that and sprayed it on the wall myself. We actually just released Teddy on a new T Shirt today haha he's come a long way.
Dude your editing and gym is SLICK!! That wall art is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! I did that almost two years ago when I first started the garage gym. I've been thinking about redoing it actually.
@@TheyCallUsOutliers dang you did that on your own! Man I need to hire you for our future wall art
can you tell me for the hitch pin whst size i need to buy?

I used 3/4” lag screws securing it to the deadlift platform.
