I’ve had this rack since 2020, it’s amazing especially if you live in a smaller apartment. It’s handled everything I’ve ever thrown at it, and the pulley system they’re coming out with looks absolutely incredible.
Have some of those cups as well, really nice! I dig their new Battle Station design. Being able to hold that many barbells and also integrate plate storage is clutch. The only thing I don't like, as you mentioned is the off hardware size.
Having had my Bridge Phoenix rack for over two years now, I have to say its truly perfect for my usage. Folds away when not needed, i can take parts off to lighten it. The big thing i had issues with every other power rack is my garage space has an EXTREMELY short ceiling, this was just about the only option available for me. I actually upgraded it to a full cage. The beefy wheel kit is worth it. The safety straps and spotter arms are immensely nice quality. As many others have said, and as is mentioned, 3/4" is not ideal, but Buffalo Bully Fabrication may be making some pin sleeves to make 5/8" attachments fit without slop. These racks are made to order so there is 100% going to be a fairly long wait, but its a beast of a rack and well worth it
Had one all throughout the pandemic and it was great, but eventually I wanted more accessories and the 3/4 inch holes was what made me move over to the PR-4000. That being said, I had it well before Bridgebuilt introduced a bunch of new accessories. They're also one of the only premium brands that has a really short version of their squat stand.
Ordered mine about four months ago and I’m still waiting. They have been diligent about getting back to me, but the biggest thing has been because they are a smaller company. They are having distribution issues like many other smaller businesses. Still though I can’t wait to get this and start using it. This just solidifies that my decision making back then was on the right track. Thanks coop
It took me about 6 months to get mine. Amazing quality, worth it in my opinion but it took forever to get it. I also bought the spotter arms in August. If i remember correctly, the website said they had them in stock and ready to ship. It's January 2023 and I still haven't received it. They said I'll get it at the end of the month but they also said the same thing in November...Safe bets, probably looking at like a 6 month wait for accessories or the squat rack. Can't blame them though, small company, amazing quality.
If your plan is to fold it and move to the wall every single time you use it, this is not for you. It'd be a pain in the ass and would get old fast. This is not as easy to fold as wall mounted racks. It needs to be folded from the heaviest point, the low back frame, then wheeled around so it stays up against a wall. There is a better option ForceUSA myrack folding, is a folding power rack that doesn't need to be folded or wall mounted, free shipping and no crazy wait times either. Way easier to fold than this
I have a BridgeBuilt Phoenix rack and I love it. I leave it upright unless I need the room or do some garage cleaning. It is REALLY well made and not difficult to deconstruct and move.
I've had this rack for a year, and am actually in the process of doing a review of it, but I've loved it. As someone who doesn't have space for a proper rack to be up full time having this in the apartment is very beneficial. The biggest con for BridgeBuilt is the lead times. As mentioned they're a small company and it can take a long time to get your items. I ordered my rack in August 2021 and received it in January 2022. If you can handle that kind of wait, I'd say go for it. Also get the beefy wheel kit, you'll thank me later.

I was looking for something like this for the longest time but couldn't find it so I ended making it myself. Total was like $600. Good to know there are more options other than squat stands for people who lift in small spaces and need foldable compact stuff
This rack has been on my radar for about a year. I want this track so bad, and the fact that you are reiterating what I’ve heard from others makes me want it more!
This is a fantastic rack. It literally makes my compact home gym possible and it's incredibly hefty and well balanced. Other squat racks are known to tip over if too much weight hits the safeties. I've seen this thing take up to 500 lbs on the safeties. If you're limited on space this should be at the top of your list.
I have the full power rack. It’s amazing. Honestly I don’t fold it in ward. I just needed a small rack for a low sealing. I have an outdoor gym with a covering, and the clear coat looks amazing and holds up well. I think when I clean the gym floor in the wrack area , being able to fold it and move it out is a big bonus. There customer service is fantastic the owner sent me the wrong strap size, and he sent me new ones free of charge. Bridge built has a customer for life.
I have one myself, super beefy. Those little holes are perfect for my crossover symmetry resistance bands that utilize a d-ring clip. So instead of using a rack strap I can hook them directly to the rack. Very nice
As far as the oval holes, they’re to attach carabiners to use as securement points for bands. So gives you a band based functional trainer to locate different angles.
I have the bridge built squat stand and absolutely love it! Had a different set up and sold it cause I wanted to be able to park my truck in my garage. Agreed with everyone else’s comments on LT. Rack took about 2-3 months to get in which wasn’t terrible compared to some other folks wait times. Spotter arms were about 8 months and I’m still waiting on my dip arms and landmine attachment. But like others say the owner Patryk is extremely communicative. As a person who works in supply chain I can understand their challenges. Still love my rack and can’t wait to get my pulley system in!
I'm coming up to 5 months wait time and all types of excuses as to why it's not being shipped. Supposedly been built in late October/early November 2022. I was promised It would be shipped by last week. Looks like I'm going to have to go through Paypal to force them to ship or get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous how many times they promised a ship date and then go silent and never meet the mark. Looks like I'm not the only person who's dealing with this issue based on the google reviews recently. Damn shame too because it's Exactly what I wanted in a folding squat rack.
I’ve had this rack for well over a year and it’s been amazing. Excited to try the new J cups they just unveiled. I also recently added the flat bench. This rack paired with a set of bands and powerblocks has been extremely space efficient. I’m a med student and time is of the premium so having the quick setup is great, although if my wife isn’t home I do leave it setup
AWESOME REVIEW! I OWN A PHOENIX RACK MYSELF AND YOU REVIEW IS SPOT ON. IF YOU CAN, I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO HEAR YOU RREVIEW ON THEIR PULLEY SYSTEM. I SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING TO BUY TWO SETS TO DO THINGS LIKE CABLE FLYES AND PRESSES. OH AND BTW, THE OWNER OF BRIDGE BUILT, PATRYK, IS A SUPER COOL DUDE.
Coop- I’m loving this video and your straydog review! It’s good to see you get back to review actual gym equipment rather than focusing on more frivolous entertainment only videos!
In the UK market Primal Strength has an identical option but weighs in at 91kg (200lbs) as it comes with pull up bar and spotter arms included. This has an upgrade of fold out system as it is all done with pop pins rather than ones that come out and can be lost There is even a cheaper option from Extreme Fitness, same design again. Interestingly both come standard with wheels not optional. I think compact/fold away racks have a much bigger audience in UK due to our smaller garages/spaces.
Part of the sound issue seems to be lack of isolation in the space they are filming in. It’s a big open box with no sound dampening. The other is checking the sound prior to filming to ensure the mic isn’t clipping when being recorded to camera or to an outboard recorder. Recording sound separately to a device would allow an EQ to roll off some of the low bass noise that makes the sound distorted. Audio and fitness nerd 🤓 Most editing softwares have effects you can use to help the issue, but recording quality audio from the get go would be 1000x better. I would also recommend after editing to listen to the playback on a variety of devices. Headphones, phone speakers, etc. as it’s going to sound different on each form of playback 👌 Love the videos and the reviews but the audio is harsh on the ears.
I own this squat stand and LOVE IT! Lead times can be a bit high. This is not a one or two week wait period, so fyi. I got the optional pads at the bottom of the rack which makes setup a tiiiiny bit more wobbly when trying to separate the uprights. But once it's setup, it's a rock!
Me and my best friend both have one. And have for 2 years. I will never not recommend it. A con that’s not mentioned is there processing time. It will take 5 months to get once you place your order. But the thing is strong and sturdy. 5/8th attachments should work fine and tend to be more common than 1inch anyways. If you’re buying it your buying it for the functionality and at that it’s perfect. As a standard rack. It’s perfect. We live in Florida with one car garages so when hurricanes come we need to be able to fold it to park
Coop, on the Amazon squat stand you placed hundreds of pounds on it. In this video you had all those red plates in the background and never placed a pound on it to show the actual stability under load. Love the videos, but I’d like some consistency in the review standards. Keep killing it.
It’s 11 gauge 3”x3” steel. There are tons of drop tests on racks that meet that standard already, everyone knows they can handle insane weight. There’s nothing interesting to learn there, unlike when he did the drop test on the cheap Amazon rack. That was new, and proved that the difference between the small cheap racks and these beefy expensive ones is not safety.
Not necessary for something of this quality, it’s a given that it’s stable. Only really need to see the stability if there are doubts. Too much consistency would make the videos boring and predictable.
Looks pretty nice. Would love to see a review on their pulley system with this rack. I've been in the market for a foldaway rack for my basement due to the limited space, but I don't think they fit due to my ceiling height. So this would be a nice compromise.
Yes! It doesn’t look like something you can just leave on so I would be curious to see how hard it is mount and dismount as well as how well it actually works
I've been eyeing this rack, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I'm hoping they make a 1" hole version for the same reasons Coop highlighted. BridgeBuilt--Please make a 1" hole version. Pretty please!
Hey Coop, I’m so happy to see you do this review I’ve had my Bridge Built rack since 2020, I absolutely love it and wouldn’t swap it for anything else. I spent quite a bit of time researching equipment before buying and watching your reviews to make the best decision for me. Ultimately, I decided to go with BB For their quality, customization, and of course, because I wanted to support a small business making awesome equipment in America. I went into this knowing that the three-quarter inch holes were going to limit my options until BB expanded their line of attachments- quality takes time and you know best of all a garage gym is never built in a day, better one piece at a time over time. I have since expanded my rack to a four post, adding both the pull up bar and multi grip bar, as well as safety straps, dip, attachment, like rollers, which are good for nearly everything from preacher curls to Bulgarian split squats. I’m hopeful that one day jammer arms may become an option. I also just received my adjustable bench from BB, I’m just like they’re flat bench it’s built to last. I’m @jasonprimal on IG and Tiktok if you wanna see it 💪 many thanks and keep the great reviews coming!
@@BarryMcCockinerEsq They're getting better every day! Frankly, we grew too fast and didn’t have tried & true systems to support it nor was the landscape accommodating for this type of growth. Sure, many orders could have been shipped faster but that would have required cutting corners on quality and I personally made the decision to not to do that. Am I proud of of the lead times a lot of our customers experienced? Absolutely not but I am proud of each piece of equipment we shipped and I know our customers are proud of the equipment they own. We’ve spent the last almost 2 years building the systems to accommodate a much higher order volume while maintaining premium quality. Unfortunately things like this take time but we're finally at a point where we have a light at the end of the tunnel and feel confident in saying that our goal of next day shipping on Phoenix Racks will be achieved this spring/summer! 💪🏾 Thank you! Nice name, btw. Patryk - Owner - Bridge BUILT 🛠
@@bridgeBUILT I sent an email asking why this rack does not have wheels on the back of the unit and I received zero response, how is one supposed to WHEEL the rack through a door when the thing measures 48" wide and there are no wheels in the back, it makes zero sense, the wheels should be in the back so it can pass through spaces narrowers than 48" because of this it would be impossible to pass it though most closet doors for storage. You would have to slide the thing possibly damaging the floor and also harder to do.
When you first mentioned the pulley system, I thought it would be pretty neat. It looks like it attaches pretty quickly. The routing of the cable isn’t complex so taking it off and putting it on when I need it wouldn’t be that bad. But now I’m trying to figure out where to anchor my legs for lat pull downs. I can put a bench sideways so that it straddles the lower flat leg, but I’m not sure where I’d put a roller to anchor my legs that wouldn’t interfere with the cable. Maybe something that could attach to one of the holes on the foot?
I used to do lat pulldowns in the gym with my butt on the ground and my legs straight out in front of me. Nothing pinning me down . You have a lot more leverage from this position it works surprisingly well. Although that was years ago and I don't recall how much weight I was using
I found an official owners group on FB and they said several American Barbell accessories will fit this rack. So ironic this popped update cause I literally just found this squat stand yesterday. Perfect timing Coop.
I have one and it's great, my only issue was the shipping time and lack of communication from them. I'm limited on space so the ability to fold up and store away was the best selling point but yea if you don't mind waiting a long time for it to ship then I'd say go for it.
Funny enough communication was pretty great for me. I literally ended up with Patryks personal phone number and he was literally texting me at 11pm on a saturday helping me with emergency questions
I'm not sure how many videos you have pre-recorded in the queue but the last few videos, the audio has been so blown out that it's really hard to listen to with headphones. Just a heads up! Love the content btw
In support of “team 1 inch holes” I’d like to point out that it would also make the unit lighter which helps remedy one of Coops complaints. Yeah they really need to go to the one inch system. Too many people want to buy or already have accessories from Rogue, Rep, Sorinex, Mutant Metals, Vendetta brackets,
What is the chance if any a new version with 1" holes will be available for those of us that do have Monster and Rep accessories. Looking to use Rogue lever arms for example.
been on the fence for the past few years on this rack, but then id have to sell all my my full power rack and attachments just for that beautifully built squat stand to sit outside. wish they had a cover for it.
We only use polyester bases industrial grade powder coat that is UV stable so all of our equipment performs exceptionally well in outdoor environment. However, the idea of a cover sounds awesome! We’ll look into it. Thank you!
Great video as always!! Your the best!! I’m looking at buying a elite fts adjustable bench. Any chance you can do a review on a few of there adjustable benches? I can’t find a review on there benches anywhere. Thanks I absolutely love your content
I seem to remember Coop doing a video about how gym companies should be making more stuff exclusive to their ecosystem. Bridge Built does it and it's a negative.🤷♂️ If they take off as a company having 3/4 holes is going to be an amazing benefit to them.
I was looking at one of them for my garage but the 3/4 holes is what held me off. I ended up with a SML-2 and a rogue Yoke for outside I got both for under $700
Odd hole sizing is a deal breaker and not just for the rack purchase. I would totally love those spotter arms because they are much smaller than Rep or Rogue but their pins won't fit. Same with the pulley attachment. In trying to lock customers into their ecosystem they a losing many others. To paraphrase my boy Tarkin, "The tighter they grasp the more will slip through their fingers."
Yup! We offer the pulley system in all pin sizes as well as the spotter arms. Soon ALL of our attachments will be available with 5/8” and 1” pins via our “Bridge The Gap” Collection 💪🏾
The quote you are referencing belongs to Leia speaking to Tarkin, "The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more star systems will slip through your fingers."
Thanks for reviewing this company. Been a fan of theirs for years being from Cincy but agree the 3/4 hardware is a tough sell since my setup is based on 5/8. Would really love for you to review their pulley system, especially the base as an add on to a cheaper already owned free hanging pulley.
I agree the 3/4 holes is super annoying. It makes it difficult to use other attachments. They say you can use 5/8 attachments but it doesn’t work perfectly.
Primal strength in the UK do a similar rack (in SI units rather than imperial). Looked at getting one during COVID but had to opt for an S1 cos of the price
Bridge Built's 3/4" pins aren't exclusive to them. American Barbell and ETE in California also use 3/4". I've used attachments interchangeably with these companies.
That is the best looking squat stand I have ever seen. Now let’s move to price which is way too expensive especially since it does not include shipping and handling. I sold my rogue sml 1 lite squat rack to save on space, but it did not cost as much for the base price. I spent 600 with spotter arms as well. When I sold it I got full asking price, and I bought my self a used pair of cff elite pro squat stands that can hold 1000-1200. I got lucky and bought them for $100. If I did have 1000 plus to spend on Squat rack then I probably would buy it.

Did you order any custom designs or just standard? I ordered 1,5 months ago with just standard colours. Hopefully my order will arrive in a couple of weeks
I pretty much gave up on having a home gym due to my space limitations and went back to a gym. The fold away racks didn't fit well either due to some limitations I have with drilling. I may consider a garage gym again now that I've seen this option.

Not sure if someone had commented about this before but the audio on some of the recent videos have been pretty poor. Maybe it's the clip on mic but it would be nice not hearing rattled sound. Aside from that content is of course great.
Hey coop! Been following the channel for a few years now. Could you do a video on building out a gym but with certain constraints like for me I have sub 7 foot ceilings so all my stuff has to be short. Or you could do like a square footage requirement or a low noise requirement for apartments or something?
Oh my gosh! Put the bending connector bar back 6 inches so a freaking spotter can spot the bench easier?! What were they thinking? This is is perfect, but standing on the crossbar is such a sucky thing to make folks do! I say this seeing their video - spotting seems like it'd be an interesting adventure if someone were benching heavy.
I get that the "off" hardware size is annoying, now that 3x3" uprights with 1" holes seem to be the new gold standard. As an engineer I fully support their decission to go smaller though. A 3/4" / 19mm pin with 2" / 50mm hole increments can hold around 5500lbs / 2500kg in 11gauge or 3mm steel. So that would be the case if the pin would just go through 1 side of the upright - so basically double that. And you got 2 pins with 2 uprights, so basically double that again. Of course, you could argue that you don't drop the weight perfectly balanced on both sides and you could argue that the pin would not put force into the front and the back side of the upright equally, but the point is, it's probably still enough. In my opinion, a 5/8" / 16mm pin (Rogue Monster Lite/Infinity series) is the sweet spot. Even with 1" hole increments (Westside Hole Spacing) a 5/8" / 16mm pin can hold around 2000lbs / 900kg in 11gauge or 3mm steel (basically double and double that again). I'd argue that they are strong enough to safely hold all the weight a human could possibly handle, with the uprights - not the pin! - being the weakest link, so in worst cases you might break into the next hole and be safe either way. With 2" / 50mm increments a 5/8" / 16mm pin can hold around 5800 lbs / 2600 kg. As comparision, a 1" pin with 2" increments can hold 4800lbs / 2180kg. That's less than a 5/8" pin can, due to the smaller distance between the holes in the uprights. The 1" hardware standard is something that should never have happened. Bigger isn't always better. Same as some people would say that the Rogue Infinity series is superior to the Monster, since you have 1" smaller uprights, which results in easier walkouts, whilst still not being able to ever break the upright.
Coop review on the Walmart smart bell adjustable dumbbells? Be nice to know what you think of them since their so cheap but so much similar to the boflex but while a different weight change style similar to the Nuobells.
Nice/cool rack. Been contemplating buying one since they started manufacturing it. Wish they made it all 7-gauge, which is the only reason I hesitate to buy one (I use a compact Samson full rack, which is all 7-gauge & thus very heavy/stable & almost indestructible); 7-gauge is 50% stronger/heavier than 11-gauge. Is it stable when you do chins/dips or does it wobble?
I'd opt for one of the folding full racks available. When folded up without any added attachments the one I have probably only takes up about the same amount of space as this squat rack & it folds out & locks into a full rack in less than 5 seconds with VERY little effort & then you have a full rack with much more functionality. Obviously most if not all the foldable full racks available are not built to the same over the top standards as this beast but I think they are more than sturdy enough for all but the monstrous of powerlifters & the ease/speed of unfolding them coupled with their extra functionality wins it for me personally.

Coop, how does this compare to the REP/Rogue/Titan etc. equivalent? Are we better off just going with the tried and true companies? Love the concept of collapsible stand for space saving but worried about getting locked into this ecosystem due to hardware sizing.
That hole sizing is a real bummer. I would really love to upgrade my rack to this but having to buy all new attachments instead of being able to use my 5/8 attachments is a real deal breaker.

Coop have you reviewed any other power racks/ all-in-one smith functional trainers from other manufacturers such as Jacked Up Fitness, French Fitness, Brute Force Australia/USA or Force USA?
I think given the type of user, would be nice if they made a lower quality (i.e. cheaper) version of this to accommodate people with small spaces that want to use a rack from time to time. I guess the next best option would be the wall mounted one's - but not everyone wants to screw it into a wall.
Bridge is not a cheap option company. They are absolutely what I would consider a boutique brand, but the quality control is absolutely worth the money you pay. The big thing to remember is that its not welded together, so you dont wanna skimp on quality for the sake pf price, or critical parts could fail
With most gym related equipment and accessories, you pay for what you get. Yeah, it may cost a little more up front but you'll never have to replace this or worry about breaking it. Highly recommend this company & product.
Two things caused me to pass on their rack: 1) their demo video showing the pitch man struggling to close the rack and 2) 3/4 inch holes were too limiting.

As soon as I saw "clutch" I knew it wasn't worth listening to. I cannot stand nonsensical language because its cool lol ya

So gives you a band based functional trainer to locate different angles.
....you literally repeated exactly what he said in the video..Soo... Yeahh lol
I have this rack. I bought some 5/8 to 3/4 sleeve adapters on ebay and my Titan landmine fits perfect!
You are the Man. Thank You.
Which adapters specifically I'm trying to find a pair for future upgrades? Thanks!
Can you share the link?
i have it and its amazing worth every penny
I'm a Phoenix owner. Very good review Coop! Agree with everything you said. I love this thing, but the hole size is my biggest grip too.
Lifting vault should make a video with jujimufu. You guys both have such a passion for unique equipment
I wish we had amazing equipment like this in Japan. I would buy it in a heartbeat
Looks awesome. I had no clue this company even existed until I saw this review. Definitely something to keep in mind.
In the UK market Primal Strength has an identical option but weighs in at 91kg (200lbs) as it comes with pull up bar and spotter arms included. This has an upgrade of fold out system as it is all done with pop pins rather than ones that come out and can be lost
There is even a cheaper option from Extreme Fitness, same design again.
Interestingly both come standard with wheels not optional.
I think compact/fold away racks have a much bigger audience in UK due to our smaller garages/spaces.
Here you are! I wondered where you went. I was following you on your tsp federal planning page.
Love the clear details. Rogue should do this
Part of the sound issue seems to be lack of isolation in the space they are filming in.
Audio and fitness nerd 🤓
Most editing softwares have effects you can use to help the issue, but recording quality audio from the get go would be 1000x better.
I would also recommend after editing to listen to the playback on a variety of devices. Headphones, phone speakers, etc. as it’s going to sound different on each form of playback 👌
Love the videos and the reviews but the audio is harsh on the ears.
Got to agree with sling on headphones had to turn the volume way down just to not hear the BS because the space you recording in
Any chance of reviewing their pulley system?
Looks like the right solution for my tight garage space! Plus portable so if I move to larger garage not a problem.
How long did yours take to ship?
Bridge Built is awesome! I love that you guys are shining a light on an innovative American company. Keep it up!
All grade 8 hardware has that color/coating. It's not there for aesthetics. The "triangles" at the base are called gussets.
Coop, on the Amazon squat stand you placed hundreds of pounds on it. In this video you had all those red plates in the background and never placed a pound on it to show the actual stability under load. Love the videos, but I’d like some consistency in the review standards. Keep killing it.
Bridge built recently posted a drop test of the rack using a forklift on TH-cam. You should check it out!
Its a given that an 11 gauge upright with 3/4 jcups can handle heavy loads.
Drop test is usually a follow up video after the reviews
Not necessary for something of this quality, it’s a given that it’s stable. Only really need to see the stability if there are doubts.
Too much consistency would make the videos boring and predictable.
please do more reviews on this company Very unique I gotta admit
We appreciate you, Jason! Our new Scorpion attachment is in the works if you’re wanting a Bridge BUILT version of jammer arms 👊🏾
@@bridgeBUILT THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN!!! And it has a badass name BRIDGEBUILT IS THE WAY💪🐴
@@bridgeBUILT any updates on better lead times with your racks?
Although that was years ago and I don't recall how much weight I was using
Extra holes are if you want to attach a crossover symmetry
Have you reviewed Verse Agile Rack?
Any plans to review any of the Signature fitness Racks and rack attachments? Loving the content!
Signature self powered treadmill too !!!
I found an official owners group on FB and they said several American Barbell accessories will fit this rack.
So ironic this popped update cause I literally just found this squat stand yesterday. Perfect timing Coop.
Yep, thats us! Welcome man! Keyword SOME, as not all americna barbell racks are 3/4". Still limited options but very cool regardless
Looks like a good rack to use for the backyard and Just store in the shed when not in use
love this, wondering when they gonna ship the 1" hole version :D
I’ve been looking for a solution for a single bay garage gym and PRX was my top choice…… this may be my new top contender.
You got to review their Phoenix Pulley System next.
Whelp. They listened and released a 1” version this month!
I have one and it's great, my only issue was the shipping time and lack of communication from them. I'm limited on space so the ability to fold up and store away was the best selling point but yea if you don't mind waiting a long time for it to ship then I'd say go for it.
How long did you wait for your product and did you get a bench too?
Funny enough communication was pretty great for me. I literally ended up with Patryks personal phone number and he was literally texting me at 11pm on a saturday helping me with emergency questions
@Alex Kahn - what kind of 11pm. squat rack emergencies could one possibly have?
Been waiting for mine since November. Still waiting...
I'm not sure how many videos you have pre-recorded in the queue but the last few videos, the audio has been so blown out that it's really hard to listen to with headphones. Just a heads up! Love the content btw
Agreed he’s like screaming into the mic
Thank you!
@@bridgeBUILT I would be more concerned that a cover would retain mositure/humidity causing more problems than general exposure.
Great video as always!! Your the best!!
I’m looking at buying a elite fts adjustable bench. Any chance you can do a review on a few of there adjustable benches? I can’t find a review on there benches anywhere. Thanks I absolutely love your content
I'm interested in a review on the Bridgebuilt omni-pulley system, which looks like it can go on any 3x3" rack.
They make 1” and I think 5/8” versions of their pulley system
Honestly I think it's so cool I can get this in 6ft. My basement ceiling isn't that high and this would double as a squat rack and bench press for me
My garage door, when open, caps my ceiling space at like 80". Having the Phoenix with 6' upright options is a huge benefit.
Can anyone give me some good decline bench options for decline situps? Looking at getting one, need some recommendations please
Can we get a whole folding rack comparison video?
Thanks for reviewing this company. Been a fan of theirs for years being from Cincy but agree the 3/4 hardware is a tough sell since my setup is based on 5/8.
Would really love for you to review their pulley system, especially the base as an add on to a cheaper already owned free hanging pulley.
With the 6' uprights, would work for lower ceiling basements.
I agree the 3/4 holes is super annoying. It makes it difficult to use other attachments. They say you can use 5/8 attachments but it doesn’t work perfectly.
Re the added holes in the uprights. I attach handles to the uprights and use it to support weighted sissy squats. One possible use
How stable is it for pull ups? Strict only or can you kip/butterfly. I'm thinking not that stable for kipping/butterfly
Primal strength in the UK do a similar rack (in SI units rather than imperial). Looked at getting one during COVID but had to opt for an S1 cos of the price
Can you bench press inside of this rack?
There is a better option ForceUSA myrack folding, is a folding power rack that doesn't need to be floor or wall mounted, free shipping and no crazy wait times either. Way easier to fold than this
Primal Strength and Extreme Fitness in the UK both offer racks that fold like this.
When you said like button the like button flashed! Watching on my iPad. When did that become a feature!? WTF 😂
Been waiting on my order for two months so far

I pretty much gave up on having a home gym due to my space limitations and went back to a gym. The fold away racks didn't fit well either due to some limitations I have with drilling. I may consider a garage gym again now that I've seen this option.

I wish you could review some ATX products. They have some interesting things at lower prices than some other brands.
Anyone know how tall the rack is that Coop has in the review?
Been waiting for this one
Yep I’d love one!!
The editor didn't understand the assignment on the hip thruster pad photo 😂😂

Can you review their full power rack? Seems like one of the few options that are under 80" for those poor low ceiling people like me.
A rack that folds away that I have and love is the MONSTER LITE RML-390FULLW FOLD BACK WALL MOUNT POWER RACK
The thing is a lot of us dont have a full wall we can dedicate. The rack is very much geared towards those with EXTREMELY LIMITED space
Coop, how does this compare to the REP/Rogue/Titan etc. equivalent? Are we better off just going with the tried and true companies? Love the concept of collapsible stand for space saving but worried about getting locked into this ecosystem due to hardware sizing.
youre here to lift not worry about ecology, your main lifts are squat, bench, deadlift, get to work kid
Looks awesome. I'd love to buy it. But 3/4 holes is a deal killer :(
That hole sizing is a real bummer. I would really love to upgrade my rack to this but having to buy all new attachments instead of being able to use my 5/8 attachments is a real deal breaker.
Just buy a pin adapter 5/8 to 3/4 and use all your attachments
Coop finally has his closed ecosystem. Love it!

Coop have you reviewed any other power racks/ all-in-one smith functional trainers from other manufacturers such as Jacked Up Fitness, French Fitness, Brute Force Australia/USA or Force USA?
can you use that pull up bar on a rep fitness rack?
Dude, the mic quality sucks of late. Shame, cause the content is great as always
