Thanks. I was not sure if I should remove the plastic piece, prominent at 1:06. It would seem it's part of the umbrella as opposed to a piece just for shipping.
Any idea how to repair the latch that adjusts the height of the umbrella? Mine seemed to fail for no reason at all on 2 out of 3 of my umbrellas. It now just spins in the wind, and will just fly right out as well.

Can you add a universal beach umbrella tray to this? I’m having trouble with that.
The top is tilted and we can't figure out how to straighten the pole secure.
Please show how to use the button to tilt the umbrella. It's not working for me.
