Prometheus is by far my favorite villain on arrow. He's just so cool and dangerous all the other villains are too but this is different I like the way he goes at getting revenge for Oliver it's just so much better than Slade.
When arrow avoids all the sappy soap opera romance, it has a better season. Ra's al ghul and Damien dahrk were wasted performances in seasons 3 and 4, but at least dahrk found a home in legends
It still doesn't make sense to me that Artemis would switch to Prometheus' side. She turned on Oliver because of him having killed people, and here's Prometheus doing the same thing. Her rationalization for betraying the team makes no sense.

I'm guessing she was taking out her anger at her parents death on Oliver for not being able to save them because she couldn't take her anger out on Darhk who killed them because he was dead and deluded herself that she was "saving" Star City from Oliver by working with Prometheus to justify her actions. Her anger probably blinded her to the stupidity of her logic. Thinking the city needed saving from a hero who only killed irredeemably evil people who deserved to die and working with an evil man even worse than her parents murderer who killed completely innocent people was really stupid of her.

Prometheus is hands down my favourite Arrow villain. He's the reason season 5 is my fave season. Josh Segarra absolutely killed it in that role. And that music that always plays everytime he appears is seriously chilling.
The episode “underneath” where Oliver and Felicity get locked in the bunker was pretty unnecessary and was basically made to repair Oliver and Felicity relationship not really developing the plot. I don’t mind those episodes I just feel a whole episode dedicated to it is unnecessary maybe a scene or two.
Can only think of the gun rights episode (which gave backstory to Rene) and the episode with Cupid and two other crime woman (that one specifically felt pointless)

Love Deathstroke and Malcolm Merlyn who all have their special places but damn, Prometheus was by far the best Arrow villain ever. Josh Segarra was absolutely fantastic in the arrow, his portrayal of Adrian Chase / Prometheus was top notch, he was sneaky, cocky and downright evil to the point you could really see how much fun he was having in torturing Oliver. From the creepy music to the quiet deep voice to the spooky costume to the sheer quickness, he had everything you wanted for a great villain. Without a doubt, the main thing i loved the most about Arrow
Pretty sure they changed it just like they did to Zoom, Zoom's voice sounded a bit more electric and deep when Zoom brought Sand Demon in Earth-1. By episode 2x08 "Versus Zoom" they changed his voice in being more soul less and scary and removed a couple effects.
skater/ gamer I would agree but I respectfully disagree. What makes a good villain for me is that you don't suspect who they are until the big reveal. I'm pretty sure EVERYONE knew who RF was from the get-go. No one knew who Prometheus or Zoom were. (My sister predicted Chase to be Prometheus but I didn't) Plus their motivations are, in my opinion, better. RF just wanted to go home whereas Zoom wanted to destroy trillions of universes and make Flash a killer. Prometheus wanted to kill everyone Oliver cared for to change him back into the killer he once was. I personally like their motivations better the RF but that's just my opinion.
Shadow of Dread Ok yes ur right it was obvious it was wells but we didnt know if wells was really the reverse flash.We thought there was two after all we didnt know their was a speed mirage which tricked people.Hell we didnt know who wells really was until he revealed himself as eobard thawne to cisco and then murdered him.Then we find out that wells is not really thawne but a regular guy who was planning on having a future with wife tess morgan.Thawne took wells body since he knew wells was someone important to team flash,as shown in the flash season 2.Thawne kills wells and tess and disquises as wells.He waited patiently for 15 years to create the flash.But he was to impatient so then he created him faster with the particle excellerator.Thawne used cisco and cait as pawns.He created gorrla grodd.He used the general and ronnie and prof stein.Thawne actually showed loyalty to barry but still hated him.Thawne ruined barrys life.He killed his mother twice.He was not a generic villain.He was 1 step ahead of flash.He still wins because he comes back unlike prometheus and zoom.Thawne also proceeds to cause havoc on legends of tomorrow.He uses the legion of doom as pawns.He tricks the legends multiple times.He wanted tp live.He needed the spear of destiny to live but fails.But thawne most likely will return.Hes the most smartest and greatest villain in the arrowverse.Imo tho remember that bro 👍

Actually I think Prometheus’s first voice was cooler. It was booming, not just deep. And it was still easy to understand.

And IMO one of the top 3 greatest villains in the entire Arrowverse (behind only Deathstroke and the Reverse Flash).
