      My 3 gallons of kombucha was 9 weeks into the fermenting process... I may have let it go too long. LOL, but now I'm curious about the sugar content, one gallon taste good, others turn to vinegar which I just reuse with starters.

      Mine not work for kombucha. 9% brix and after 12-14 days it read the same percentage.

    Hello,do you need to always calibrate to zero when you get brix?we made this pineapple wine and we just put the juice directly to the lense but it’s not in the zero at first.Is it the right way?

    100 g liqued how many liter

      1 liter is 1000mL. Assuming the liquid is similar to water and has a density of 1g/mL, 1L would 1000g of liquid.

    Not just water, distilled water is neutral.
