Why does refractometric show 0 to 30 in maximum ...?
There are some other refractometer with other ranges. So you can purchase refractometer with your desire range
How will i do this with solid food sample
Not possible but you can dissolve Your sample in distilled water and try with the solution
You can make powder of your product and then can mixed in distilled water to make solution
if the sample had more than 30% sugar content how will conclude accurate way
Dilute your sample 50 percent. Now test. Calculate the original value by multiplying the result by 2.

How do I measure brix of wheat?
This method is only applicable for liquid samples
