- 2005 Honda CBR600RR Muffler deleted exhaust
For those of you worried about the bike "melting" and my eardrums, this was done for one ride to see how it sounded and the muffler was put back on afterwards.
Every biker has their Kyle phase, unfortunatly there is always that one bike that has to suffer for all of us to grow

My buddy did the same thing to his cbr1000, melted everything, no more tail light

Onyx Guard you need to put water heater tape that’s what I did and it stopped the melting

My lady bike was an 05 RR and I loved it more than my own kids lol. For real tho it was a daily pleasure to ride. Honda knows what the hell they're doing when it comes to bikes. #RR life

Yeah that's the only benefit, nothing else. You can have an exhaust which still sounds loud. I have a Toce with a cat which is unbearably loud. Straight pipe is even worse. Straight pipe has 1 pro but 20 cons, so no point.

I've had straight pipes on all my cars mostly diesels they usually sound great without any backboxes. Some petrol cars sound good piped

so happy my black RR was made with matte black frame and swingarm and i can't say it's the fastest bike ever but its 2020 and found one was previously stolen and has new pilot road 4s and in southern Florida just plan on raining today and be surprised because if you don't like the weather just wait 5 minutes and it will change but with new tires and 23 dollars for new locks and keys that$1500 dollar bike showed that hellcat more like here kitty kitty because @165 he was still looking at back of a helmet and getting beat by $1500 12 year old bike and don't even have a power commander or anything besides new tires and ignition switch and gas cap but definitely not anything from stock so if fastest us production cars not able to run out of my life on 12 year old 36 cubic inch motor🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but they don't have 17,000 RMS on tach if she won't breathe especially in the power so what does it have bigger throttle body than the 100mm on LS motors and in traffic its under 400 lbs and has over 100+ HP out on road liter bikes still chasing me up to 150+ then they get into that twice as many hp but also twice as many CC's and definitely not twice as fast as it doesn't do 320+ and if it did where do you get to enjoy riding it to ace bike is great but driving thousands of miles to run my bike seems like lotta driving instead of riding and 1/8 mile is 5 minutes away and just because he's doing 50+ mph at the line its not that important as i crossed the stripe first and with half as big of motor just making it all the more sweet mini Cooper won LeMans with 1000 cc Car and CBR 600rr is lighter than cr250r honda two stroke and Yes the industry caught up but let me see profit margins because Honda still selling bike was thought up and built in 2003 and the entire engine it's anything different from 07+ and now India said that they want to buy 600rrs so that Euro 5 💩 can just make them even more places that you can get parts for cheaper than a scooter and nowadays not a single bike MADE with as large of aftermarket following hell some have come and gone and the bikes are still here$150 bucks for 30 piece fairings in red black or white and graffix kits that are already pre cut and what other bike can you do complete color swap with decals for$200 bucks and might be cheaper than the tickets someone is looking to give to someone who rides black bike definitely reason enough to be on white one and its being able to make sure you don't even have another one parked next to you like everyone who has had bussas or zx has had happen every body has had a blue R1 next to you and wether or not do you like R1 the color was nice but rrs have had Marilyn Monroe edition as well as the grafitti and your just as dead doing 165 as 185 so i was looking for cheaper way as well as not as much pollution as old f150 getting 10 mph and can run around on scooter and possibly not have enough power to get out of someone's way and nobody can say that about anything with RR in its name you can pass and no twelve thousand pound truck its going to out 60 ft me so its like you can make fords fast but the reason why they all have chevy motors because you can't get ahold of anything in junkyard for few hundred bucks and make 11 second fox body and they like kittens too hell they made worlds quickest car but if not already have cage not nhra legal nor is anything 9 seconds with no cage but my biggest laugh its not even as fast as the track hawk SUV so how come your trucks faster than the fastest car just imagine if it has same gear it might not beat it in 1/4 because definitely can't in the 1/2 mile and loose the 5000 lbs and they should have done the 3rd gen hemi darts as they have always been rare and saught after and those cars are all sold before the parts even get built but 17 different trim levels to get to sell everyone that same dam car so smart people get one with 6 cly and not thought as fast and i even want the poverty caps and when you're trying to figure out what the hell we got same parts but i own mine and the bank says that they want their car paid off before you go racing again few shops specialist in this area and get to sell the 3.8 pentstar to someone who needs it for a Jeep but anyone can spend milliions to win a race but funny to show the Ferrari Guy he can't beat a bike off the line that costs less than half his oil change and service costs and never seen a Ferrari that could lane split and all that money i guess its only fair he just got to see the red light on my bike and OMG definitely so happy to be done with trying to syncing 4 carbs to run the same but they have new approach make sure you can get it enough fuel and 120 mm throttle bodys on a 36 cubic inch motor it definitely breathes heavy

Yea idk it's hard to take I'm everything you.said cause its so long and many different things ypur talking about. But I'd have to say is the fox body stang is the cheapest muscle car to build up is why some guys buy the old fox body instead of camaros/trans am and they aren't that easy to work on when the motor is in the body still Couse the motor is crammed under the dash. But Yea just last year a fox body twin turbo 5.0 ford motor held the street car record for a 1/4 on small tires. Then most 1000's will dust 600's going thru the gears and top speed unless you got some serious motor wprk done. I ran 10.7's on my r6 with a k&n filter and a shorty slip on exhaust. But I couldn't touch 1000's and I had a 48 tooth rear sprocket which is big compared to the gsxr 600 with a 42 tooth rear sprocket. Both stock rear sprockets. And even with the taller rear sprocket I couldn't beat any liter bikes just dust most 600's until I I tapped out
Wtf are you talking about 120mm throttle body? CBR600 has 4 small throttle bodies; it did in 08 which you said your model was and it still does now. They’re called ITBs or independent throttle bodies and there is a single small unit for each cylinder not a huge 120mm inlet. We’re talking about a .6L bike not a 6.0+L V8 think about what your saying before you type lol
Also your stock 600 does NOT do 160+ I don’t care what your speedometer says, get a Speedo Healer or run GPS and you will see but your averaging 145-150 on the big end with a stock 600CBR of that era. Most liter bikes are in the 180s stock true MPH and it’s not just the top speed where the liter bikes show their prowess over a 600 it’s also acceleration. A well tuned liter bike will power past a 600 at only 100 MPH like you were tied to a stump bud. Double the Hp has never meant double the top speed I don’t even know where you got that from. Gearing plays more of a role in speed than power anyway. My grudge car makes about 1250 to the wheel and my closest competitor makes nearly 2000 at the wheel but is only .2 faster than me and a few MPH as far as personal bests.

What's the allure of being a squid? Is it just that these people are inexperienced or have never encountered an unfortunate incident? I for one think a riding jacket looks cool but short sleeves and tennis shoes doesn't really fit the bike.
I could kind of understand the heat complaints but sweating while stopped is so much better than the alternative.
I can say for a fact riding with gear feels uncomfortable as hell, I was once a squid too but I try to use gear now.
@@kenshi600 glad to hear your wearing gear now. The right riding gear should feel more supportive to your ride instead of uncomfortable. But I'm sure finding the right stuff is heavily dependent on $, body type and riding style.
@@louberry1512 I just grew up among a bunch of squids ( some lucky ones) and I rode most of the time without protection just some shades , but one day I took a turn at around 30 mph and my rear tire lost all grip and we went for a nice slide , I was fairly ok but needless to say I learnt a lesson.

How to fuck up a Honda 101. You just took a totally stable, well built bike, and put your coils, plugs, valves, seat plastics, and pretty much any electronics under the tail, all at risk.

Lol yep, you just remove one bolt from the exhaust clamp holding on the muffler and then remove two hex bolts from the bracket holding the exhaust in place. Might be slightly different depending on the exhaust you have
