I was encouraged to by this product by watching this and other videos since I recieved this weekend 2nd 2020 july Im thrilled I now can enjoy movies tv shows in private mode This advantree blutooth device is verry well made i have this connected to my home theater that has no blutoioth connected to headphone jack adapter verry impressed on sound quality clear crisp no lip lag at all highly reccomend it...you wont be sorry very strong blutooth signal reaches from my bedroom to kitchen ....no loss in signal as I got up to walk and im in a concreate building other simular devices did not even come close !!!! to stay connected by it you wont be sorry
Just spent the last 3 hours trying to get my Soulcker BT transmitter to transmit from my Samsung TV to my new Sony WH1000-XR wireless headphones. Eff me - Soulcker ....more like soul sucker. I have done my due dilligence, and have settleon/ordered the Anvantree Oasis Plus. Keeping fingers crossed, as the better half is OVER my hair pulling. Seems like this is legit -we will find out. BTW Lewis - I appreciate your easy to understand and thourough review/instructions. Subscribed to your channel, and maintaining cautious optimism. Signed, Hopeful in Dallas.

Hey Lewis, I've been looking for a Bluetooth audio transmitter that allowed the TV volume to work while the unit was plugged into the TV. I think you indicated that the TV volume would in fact still work but I'd love to hear back from you to verify. Great video btw. I see Avantree asked permission to use it. Congrats!
Thanks Lewis, I received one of these for Christmas and have just set it up on my LG TV using the toslink cable and it connected to my Amazon Alexa. My only problem is that I can't turn off the TV internal speaker and there is slight latency which makes it difficult to listen too but I will try other cabled etc. Thank you though for a really clear video guide to setting the system up.

I'm trying to get my Audio-technica lp120 turntable (w/ preamp) to transmit sounds from my vinyl to my tv/tv's blutooth soundbar and subwoofer. Would i plug the RCA from the turntable to the transmitter and then pick up the device on my tv and receive sound that way? Trying to fiigure this out and.I think this product can do this. Just worried about volume and connection issues because I don't think i can connect directly to my soundbar from the receiver. Needs to be selected? too much info for 2am rn
The model below this one comes with a wall adapter. Weird. Plus you can plug the usb power cable into the usb port on your tv for power (if your TV supports it).
Did you try using the simultaneous pass-through feature? I’m planning to connect it to a sound bar using an optical cable but also transmit audio via Bluetooth. I was wondering if there is any latency between the Bluetooth receiver and pass through optical connection.
I cannot recommend Tao Tronics because I don't have any experience with their product. However, glancing at it on Amazon, the first thing I noticed was the lack of input/output option compared to the Avantree. If it was me doing a blind buy between the two, I would go with the more scalable option. The Avantree. If options and scalability isn't a concern, then the Tao Tronics would likely suffice.

I use this with my stereo for music but when I try to use it to receive my television Bluetooth signal it has no sound or has for about 10 seconds when I switch the TV from speakers to the Oasis Bluetooth connection. Why is this?

@@LewisBeasley I've return it. It was glitching. Maybe I'll order the DG 60. And I've tried the Leaf, my phone was more powerful on long range. Avantree as a great service and returns and refund fast. From them I have CK-11 and works fine for my usage.

We are looking at buying either the orbit or oasis plus, which will give the option of audio with a headset and also without? If we need something else to achieve this please advise? Also the orbit doesn’t have Bluetooth transmitter and Receiver or aptX HD support I’m confused as it’s the more expensive model so what are the pro’s and cons please? We basically want to be able to use our bose headphones but also the tv volume at the same time without lag or cutting out. Which is the recommended model out of these two? thanks ;)
I’m losing my damn mind. I have a LG TV that does not have Bluetooth. I bought the Avantree Opera headphone and Oasis plus transmitter. I have to use the White/Red cords to connect. But I get no sound. What am I doing wrong!?
Question: If I have speakers wired into the back of this and those speakers do NOT have a volume knob on them, while listening with some bluetooth headphones; can I use the volume buttons on the unit to adjust the volume of the wired speakers?
You cannot "wire" speakers to the back of this. Even if you could, you would need some way to amplify them. This unit does not have a built in amplifier. Hope that helps!
@@Layarion Apologies. You confused me with the words "Wired Into". We use that terminology in the recording studio when we're referring to manually wiring two wires together...lol. I thought that was a VERY weird question, but now that I know what you mean...it's all good. Just a small language barrier. I have not tested this with "non amplified" speakers. However, I have tested these using headphones connected via the 3.5mm audio cable. If my memory serves me correctly, pressing the volume up button did increase the volume in the headphones.
How do you add a second headset? We finally got one but can not get to Channel B for the second ( something I read we need to do according to another site)

I think with the newest bluetooth standard, it may support up to 2 devices. I'd have to go back and double-check.

Good question. If there is latency, its not noticeable! In my experience, I haven’t experienced any latency.
