After growing up in the Philippines and spending most of their lives in Manila, Hunny and Kristi felt the urge to travel anywhere and everywhere they could. Over three years they explored California, Nepal, various islands of the Philippines, Amsterdam, China, and their home countries South Korea and Norway. Hunny was our original drummer and is one of the main reasons this band even began in the first place, so his friendship will always be special to us.
We've enjoyed hearing their stories and now we get the chance to share some of them with you through this video. Hope you enjoy!

love how this song tells that you can still achieve things without having your heads up. it’s okay to keep your heads down and yet achieve more, as someone who lacks confidence, this somehow brings me assurance of my capabilities. too sad i found it too late, still, it’s a good song.
Kinda makes me sad that I've been spending most of my life sitting in front of a desk, and sleeping, where there could be more than what I'm settling for. So I'm keeping my lungs and holding my tongue this time ;) Thank you The Ransom Collective!

Saw this on MTV just recently and was deeply in love with the violin music playing in the background. It was the first time I've encountered the band/group and thought they're like Brits or something but was surprised to find out that they're Filipinos. Great job guys! I first listened to this song in 2019. It has inspired me to take on adventures, to visit places, to meet new people, to spend more time outside. I've had a lot of what ifs and could have beens when the pandemic hit. It has forced us to stay within a room while feeling uncertain and anxious about what is to come. It's 2022 now, and I've been doing more things that make me feel alive. Slowly. While being safe. There's so much more to life, and I'm excited to discover more things. Cheers!

There is something in this song that I can't explain
This was my favorite song way back in 2016, but because of life, i kinda forget it. Went looking for it during the start of the quarantine, but I didn't remember the title (my memories kept failing me lol) and now, i finally found it! I'm crying. This just brings so much memories and nostalgic feels huhu. Thanks The Ransom Collective for this wonderful song!
