If you are driving past Alice Springs /tennant creek, my partner and I run a watermelon farm. Long time followers of your videos, you have taught us so much! We'd love to have you on the farm and pack up your car with as many watermelons as you can carry ;)
This was an epic video Dan! You make those of us who own Jeeps very proud! Your respect for the wildlife and landscape is refreshing! Protect the planet.👌 Well done.
The sand is softer in the Simpson and there's far less trees, plus the sand on Googs is way easier when it's wet. I was on Googs this time last year, thanks for the memories. 👍
Good on ya Dan , What a Jeep thing :) Slightly envious and itching to get on the road, I’m about 3-4 months behind ya with my gladiator build. Been a long process. I’m in Cairns in FNQ. Been loving the channel dude, learnt heaps man, and have avoided some very expensive mistakes. I’m doing things bit differently as my needs are different , I live in the far north so wet season monsoons, flooded camps, crocodiles and Coastal Taipan require I am off the ground, I’ve gone AluCab Canopy Camper , but was actually inspired by your Ursa Minor Set Up 👍 I love and value your thought process , given the miles and experience you have under your belt I’d be foolish not too ;) Love to know more about the petrol stove … Love to know more about the long range fuel tank (cus that’s where I’m at next) range brother :) Catch ya on the trail when ya up this way mate :)
Great trip, may look at doing that one myself in my Jeep Grand Cherokee V6 diesel. Do you get any flack for driving a Jeep, I cop heaps. I properly know the answer to this question, would you think a camper trailer is doable on Goog"s Track or a bad idea?
Hi Dan, enjoy your video all the time. My son loves your Australian map sticker so much. Would you please advise where can I get that sticker? I’ve a white gladiator as well. Thanks 🙏
Interesting, Just for your info- it would have been nice to have included the Loving memeory plaque origin Ie the death(s) of those that built Googs track, Kind of respect and historical info.
I love watching your travels. What kind of Bird did you say that was? I'm talking about the one that built the nest just off the road. Anyway as always, enjoy and safe travels. 🤙
People digging ruts and wombat holes up sand dunes really burns my piss. I have a zero tech 4x4, AND tow a small trailer, and still don't spin the wheels.
Can you help me get the right image by comparing your earnings now to then ? I and my wife think of crossing to your lifestyle sometimes fearing about the salary
The important part to focus on isn't how much you make, it's how much you (don't) spend. By living frugally I can drive around the world for the same monthly cost as living in a city going to work everyday - details in this one: th-cam.com/video/XeR3SncZkv0/w-d-xo.html

363 sand dunes? Nonsense! You are driving a sandy track with light slopes up and down. If you want to drive and surf the sand dunes, come visit the Sahara, for instance and learn. Enjoy your trip
Hi Juan - I spent three years driving right around the perimeter of Africa, covering 87,000kms through 35 countries. I enjoyed the Sahara very much, thanks!
We did Goog's track in 2012, thanks for taking us along for a ride again.
Excellent job Dan. An enjoyable tag-along by video. 👍🏻👍🏻
more great content Dan. Your appreciation for the outback and it’s flora and fauna is awesome dude.
Thanks 👍
So envious, brother. Luckily your videos make me feel like I’m there with you guys.
This is now on our bucket list :)
Thank you for Travelling in the right direction........

Terrific video, love the drone footage. Reminds me of the monsoons here in Arizona. Thank you.
Thank you, great info. This trail and how you're doing it is on my bucket list for sure.
Incredible scenery and travels! Always look forward to these.
Obviously, you are having a great time on this adventure. Fun video! Thanks.
Now that's lookin' a bit more remote. Beautiful out there.
Good practice for crossing the Simpson. Quite similar in many ways.
Thank you

Thanks, Dan! Gorgeous territory!
Can you make a video about how to deal wiht your trash. Tips and tricks, storage, spill/smell proof, animals, etc. Thanks.

I had it custom made... so there's no where you can buy it from. Maybe I'll put it up on a merchandise store that I need to get around to starting!
Owsome trip. 👌🏻
Cheers to bolth of you. 🍷&🍺
Orb spiders like that can be found in E Texas. Huge webs 10 to 15 feet across. Totally nuts!
Have you seen any Thorny Devils yet?
Not yet Dave! I'm keeping a close eye out for them, for the bearded dragon and the sturt desert pea!
@@TheRoadChoseMe Check the wood fence posts for the Beardies!
Does sounding the horn near the crest of a dune make any sense? It's something you do in many places for curves around cliffs.
Ya my CB I got 25km well tune the antena pretty good

It's a Mallee Fowl (bush chicken, essentially). Highly endagered.
How did you go with 30psi on the corrugated stretch?
I drop tyre pressure to 18psi but mine is a JL unlimited Rubicon...bit lighter than your vehicle...
The fly doesn't look to bad compared to the video from other overlander
That spider is pure nightmare fuel
Is that the great Australian chihuahua fence? You'd think that if you are trying to stop dogs you'd put in place a fence that they can't jump over..
It's an electric fence.
@@angelotsi849the dog fence and the rabbit fence are not very effective.
😎👍
Great video, apart from the bit with the giant demon spawn.... God I hate spiders. 🤣
If your Jeep had broken down and you could not fix it….how would you get help?
