    That recipe is very similar to mine. The addition of malted milk powder is the key to the extra creaminess, I think.
    My youngest daughter is a "hot chocolate-aholic" and I've had to make batches in 5 gallon buckets for years now. She's now married and gone but still grabs buckets of mix when she comes to visit.

      Do you still have the recipe? If so can I get a copy of it please?! I'm a chocoahlolic also I have chocolate a couple of time minimum a day. LOL Its addicting! Lol But I don't like coffee or tea, don't do the pop thing, drink or smoke. The nurses ask you if you have any caffeine like pop or coffee I say No but I eat chocolate. Now the lady put it in my chart for under caffine now other nurses chuckles when they read it ! If I can also have your recipe that would be awesome. Oh I am addicted to recipes to. My bad! When they tell you its going to be awhile bring something to read no lie I bring cookbooks. Especially the ones that has everyones own favorite that they wanted printed in the books. Love Love um. Thank You You Made Me laugh And Smiled. Happy New year's to everyone, Bye

    we make this but we sub out the cow milk powder for coconut milk powder (vegan) and it turned out fabulous. we also sub out half the sugar with a erythritol/monk sugar blend. it's calorie free and doesn't impact blood sugar levels so it helps cut down on the sugar content. We then use Silk whipping cream as a topping rather than the sugar bomb marshmallows. so these hot chocolate mixes are very adaptable recipes.

    • @lindas9806
      @lindas9806 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do you sub both the powder milk and malted milk quantity with dry coconut milk? I use Swerve powder sugar as a sub. If you do want marshmallows, there are vegan ones. You can also make your own whipping cream at home with Aquafaba.

    • @victoriablanc761
      @victoriablanc761 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lindas9806 I couldn't find a malted vegan milk powder unfortunately. I have made the whipped cream from the aqua faba before and it was good but it just didn't hold up in the fridge for 10 days like the silk stuff does. I switched out the marshmallows just to try and cut down on the amount of sugar. Even so we made this and it was really good. we did also use ripple milk instead of water.

    Merry Christmas to you and yours.
    I spent most of the last few days making S’more pops (about 80), peppermint marshmallow stir sticks (about 100), cinnamon rice crispy mix, and Christmas crackle. Assembled trays to give to several of our neighbors and the mailman. A lot of it is going with me to church tomorrow. If we make it out. We are still in a blizzard (since Thursday) and the snow drifts have us blocked in. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
    I was glad I had something to do while the storm is shaking the house😂

However, i have to use a LOT to make it not taste like muddy water. I just use table salt in mine. Where do you get yours? Also, Im hoping your recipe will leave less residue in the cup. Maybe switching to read mode. ... the lines stacked on top of each other in the web page line .. it takes ads out .. so it should not print them from that page... otherwise going into your settings for your printer in order to choose those things. Good luck

      It's the practice, it was traditional, and when they got it, they knew it was special and time to snuggle in and get ready for bed. They were wee little when we started it and it was just all part of the tradition.

      Do print preview and choose the pages you want. You can try the right button on the mouse, too. If nothing else create a new text doc on your computer and copy and paste the parts you want. That won't capture pix, though.
