it takes some time dude... Ppl like u that have never done something like this cant simply start doing it as good as we do. But dont give up just yet! Want a tip? Spend more time practicing with 2 balls doing the exact same move you'd do with 3 balls. Remeber: practice makes perfect!

Juggling is that one skill you thought would be way more useful and needed when you were a kid but then as you grow up you completely forget about it
Still feels useful as an adult you should be able to catch things thrown to you, this is the ultimate no-dad method of learning to catch a ball.
Wow he makes it look so easy. Almost a year ago, after must frustration and several failures, I was finally able to juggle 3 balls. I just watched this video and tried some of these tricks. It's all coming back to me, well.. just the frustration part 😅

To learn to let go of the third ball was the hardest part for me.
Me too! I went to the British Juggling Convention this week and juggled three balls for the first time ever. Some advice I got that helped me get to three balls while I was there is to juggle with two balls and every time you throw a ball up, click your fingers straight after to simulate throwing another ball. The tutor said this gets your brain used to doing something with your hand after you throw and the click means you have your hand open ready to catch. Hope this makes sense!

I’ve found practicing to a metronome really helps me with the timing of my throws
Fun to see this! I learned it pretty much the same way (50% of shown tricks) in 1998 during an internship at a company where at the time 2 jugglers (hobby)were working there. I haven't juggled much lately, after seeing this I feel like finding my 3 juggle balls and start juggling again! :)
When I was learning I always drop the balls on the floor and had to catch them, eventually that was really tiring and boring. So my tip is, train in front of a wall with something underneath it like a bed or a table, couch, anything. In my opinion that will speed up your learning

Thank You. The one thing I notice about jugglers that immediately does not make sense is their legs and hips are super fit. The ability to make small adjustments and hold frequency appears to be a big deal.

What level of juggling can someone with average talent, coordination, and muscle memory achieve? My greatest achievement as a juggler was a 33 catch run of the 5-ball cascade, but I never got it solid. There is a huge leap in difficulty between 4 and 5, even if it doesn't look much different to the average person.

Всем привет. Забавно, что мой комментарий тут будет, наверное, единственный на русском яыке, ахаха. Спасибо, видео очень хорошее. Мне нравится. Но прогресс лично у меня идёт довольно медленно :( Максимум удалось 23 раза подбросить, в остальное время скачет от 6 до 15. То всё хорошо идёт, то из рук всё валится. Шарики частенько вперёд улетают, совет идти назад не помогает. Пробую стоять у стены - помогает, но всё равно что-то не то. Ну, буду стараться и дальше учиться. Всем желаю удачи!

And last, but not least, the trick of juggling while not looking cross eyed! Try with the right eye first, then the left, then both. If you already juggle three balls, this is called five ball juggling.
