I was in basic training in the army at fort dix nj when I first heard them. They bring back some real bad times and good times. His voice is better than ever.
Real music. Real musicians. Incredible singer and talent. No fuckn auto tune. No fckn phony beats on a computer. No bullshit and horrendous violence. No studio gimmicks to cover for lack of musical talent. Just pure rock.
I say a tie BTW him and Steve Perry. Different but unique and one of a kind. My teen years of this guy and Steve Perry. Best talent ever for music.bqck then. Thank goodness for utube!!
I'm 70 years old and I remember when they came on the scene! I have owned 6 of their albums. Great music FANTASTIC albums as Well! Group of great artists from well known groups. Classic Rock at It's Best!
Ditto My Friend! Same Age, Same Experience from Chicago and so many more of us Touched by their Music. Their Music tears at my Heart Strings! God Bless us All and God Bless America!
Proof that Paul should be knighted as the EXTRAORDINARY talent that he TRULY is. And yes-he has STILL GOT HIS voice & his build... Fly away, Seagull.....
The called him "The Voice" for good reason. Truly amazing talent and note perfect every time. I remember one producer saying he meaning Paul, was incapable of singing a duff note.
And what a great talent he was in Free...caught them in Chitown in 70 & 71. He play a strat & sa ng so modi OH usly...A sign of things to come.. And let us NOT forget Simon Kirk's excellence on drums, either! Long live Oaul and Simin!
I saw them live only once. What a beautiful and connected experience! I never sat down and I sang with all sorts of people as we all stood there and hugged and experienced this amazing gift together. Paul was the most engaged front man ever. Probably the best concert I've ever been to for lots of reasons. ❤
My rock & roll brothers and I are doing a BAD CO tribute show and we just added this tune to the program. Love these guys! Thank you BAD COMPANY for the awesome memories!!!!!!!!!!!
Been listening to this song since I was just 12 years old, and I'm now 59. Such a beautiful, mystic and majestic song all at once. This is music that touches the soul.
HOW are they not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? How is Paul not in there as part of FREE, Bad Company and as a solo artist? Dolly fucking Parton is in there!!!
Paul Rogers was asked to be part of the first class of artists inducted in the HOF but he refused and said he wanted no part of it. That is why they are not or will never be in the HOF.
He idolized The Great Bon Scott who is the best Paul right behind him and this song is one of the greats!! Bad Company 2024 don’t make them like that anymore that’s what’s wrong with the world we need 60’s 70’s and 80’s music back!!!
Such a great song, Seagul! Certainly does capture the atmosphere, the horizon and the misty morning sun every time I hear it! Thank you for ever creating this timeless classic. I play it all the time on my guitar.
Paul is the goat! 😎only other one close is Bruce from Iron Maiden! yes it's 2 way different genres but both have that ability to capture their audience like no other! music is a story well told!

I saw Bad Company open up For Lynyard Skynyard in 1992, at The Glen Helen Pavilion, A WONDERFUL SHOW. It was the first concert at The Newly Renovated Amphitheatre the parking lot hadn't even been paved Yet. Good Times 😁😎
"Seagull" Seagull, you fly across the horizon Into the misty morning sun. Nobody asks you where you are going, Nobody knows where you're from. Here is a man asking the question Is this really the end of the world? Seagull, you must have known for a long time The shape of things to come. Now you fly, through the sky, never asking why, And you fly all around 'til somebody, Shoots you down. Seagull, you fly, across the horizon, Into the misty morning sun. Nobody asks you where you are going, Nobody knows where you are from, Now you fly through the sky, never asking why, And I see your destiny is forever, is forever to fly free.... Well you fly away today And you fly away tomorrow Seagull go on and fly Leave me to my sorrow Fly, fly, come on and fly

Rock and roll hall of fame is a joke..we who know..we know.
Rock hall of fame should be embarrassed for not inducing bad company they are the epitome of Rock n roll
Their first album alone is enough to get them in.
Paul Rogers was asked to be part of the first class of artists inducted in the HOF but he refused and said he wanted no part of it. That is why they are not or will never be in the HOF.

Paul Rodgers taught me how to sing 😁
"Seagull"
Seagull, you fly across the horizon
Into the misty morning sun.
Nobody asks you where you are going,
Nobody knows where you're from.
Here is a man asking the question
Is this really the end of the world?
Seagull, you must have known for a long time
The shape of things to come.
Now you fly, through the sky, never asking why,
And you fly all around 'til somebody, Shoots you down.
Seagull, you fly, across the horizon,
Into the misty morning sun.
Nobody asks you where you are going,
Nobody knows where you are from,
Now you fly through the sky, never asking why,
And I see your destiny is forever, is forever
to fly free....
Well you fly away today
And you fly away tomorrow
Seagull go on and fly
Leave me to my sorrow
Fly, fly, come on and fly
Love. Pure love!❤
Love this still !
Wonderfulll
Thanks guys! Always great to hear BC!!!
