The hairless one is pulasan (from the malay word pulas=twist). Durian from the malay word also ie duri=thorn. Guess if one can find a thornless durian then we can name it botakan or dogolan (botak/dogol=bald), but so far no such fruit can be found or yet to be cloned to be as such. Lol.

Hairless rambutan is PULASAN. They are lot bigger and sweeter compare to rambutan. Pulasan has less juice compare to rambutan.
