I sold off my collection of over 2,000 games, wish I’d kept them now 😂 I had a black label Castlevania SOTN, I found it for $3 in the cd rack at Goodwill. You never find stuff like that anymore.
I found the Playstation 3D monitor with the PS3 remote, the Playstation sound bar with its remote, and 4 sets of PS3 3D glasses all with their branded suede protective bags and short charging cables all within like a month or two, and everything was a great deal for the time and in great shape. Every time I play my cool little PS3 setup, I feel so lucky to have come across all the parts to an "ultimate PS3 setup!" Hdmi1 has my PS3, and hdmi2 has a Playstation TV for all my compatible Vita games I can play on a screen, and I can easily swap the hdmi from the PSTV to a Roku box if I wanna steam a show or something. Ever since I got that TV, I get to look out for good prices on 3D blu rays :) I know it's not the coolest thing out there, but my girl and I watched Tron Legacy in 3D and one or two other movies a long time ago and enjoyed it. It's kinda fun to watch a good 3D movie here and there. I do plan on playing as many PS3 titles that are 3D compatible with the 3D as I have :) I am also curious about the split screen multi-player on Motorstorm, I have the compatible one, I forget if they had other games that used the sitting off to one side or the other giving player 1 and 2 each full screens to look at, that would be a bit of a neat different experience, if only subtly so :P they sure were experimenting back then, heh, every once in a while when a game uses the tilt on the sixaxis controller, I'm reminded of that :P
75% or more I acquired in the past 5 years. I just surpassed 10k invested, with most of the collection coming from flipping sports cards and trading video games. The time it took to put everything together is nothing compared to the time it takes to dust

I don’t see $1,200 retro games on consoles that didn’t fail maybe if you bought them all arcade machines I would agree the arcade machines were playing great consoles back in the days were trash starting with Atari 2600 -PSX after the original Xbox PS2 Dreamcast got released where was dragon quest final fantasy call of duty that sucked really bad from the beginning what I saw playing great was the third party games from the arcades such as Pac-Man street fighter soul caliber they were saved I may love final fantasy games now but nothing is going to make me love the final fantasy games that was on NES -PSX I may love dragon quest games now but I’m not going to love the dragon warrior games from NES -PSX
What’s retro mean to you games that plays horrible from Atari 2600 -NES 8 but graphics PS1 that failed on SNK games capcom games or playing retro games as they should play as you played them in the arcade the arcade machines no question they are retro I had to buy arcade machines cause I never thought the games were ever going to play the same arcade rules the world of video games consoles weren’t great until 2005 the Xbox 360 got released every retro game was like the arcade you didn’t have to worry Nintendo is the weakest console in the market it’s why they cost only $299
