Pretty sure Anthony's last name is pronounced "Garjoola" and yes, he is the one in the middle. Freakin' amazing voice!! The sassy fellow to his left with the angelic baritone is Cesar de la Rosa, Eli (pronounced Elly) is the little bald rockstrar tenor with the bat giving off serious Negan vibes, and Layne Stein is the vocal percussion voodoo master with the wild eyes and crazy sounds. He and Geoff do the majority of the arranging for the group, about 50/50. Anhtony is amazing and also appears with them in Golden Hour and will blow you away in that one! Thanks for a great reaction!
They have a collaboration video called "Just Sing" with several other vocalists. At the end there is a quote "The only thing better than singing is more singing"- Etta James
Great reaction. Voiceplay are an independent group and do everything themselves. Including making their own decisions. They don't block their videos so you don't need to cover them. They said they work too hard on the videos for people to not be able to see them. They love reactors because you all help get their videos out there. People see the videos on your channel and then come to their channel looking for more. Same as with Geoff. It takes no less than 2 weeks to make a video but on average a couple months. Their new video coming out soon took them5 hours just to film. That doesn't include the studio days were they record the song. Getting props and costumes. Hiring cameramen, makeup artist, audio mixer. Then there's production, editing, arrangements, etc, etc, etc. Geoff or Layne does all of that. Geoff's wife Kathy is the production manager. This was filmed at an abandoned department store. The graffiti and vandalism was already there. They had to cover up some of it. Geoff arranged this one. Left to right... Cesar De La Today baritone, tenor. Geoff Castelucci- bass, arrangements. Anthony Garguila (Gar jewl la)- guest, tenor. Eli (elly) Jacobson- tenor, rock tenor. Layne Stein- beatboxer, baritone, arrangements. Also... Voiceplay released their new video on their patreon Thursday.. It should be on TH-cam soon. J None is back in this one. Geoff Castelucci just posted his new video on his patreon A week ago. He brought back the 4 Dwarves from his Misty Mountain Cold video. He will premiering it on TH-cam June 9th. Both are absolutely beautiful.
an excellent cover bring a whole new dynamic and depth to a great song from the Husband and Wife (at the time) Duo group The White Stripes, when you listen to the original it's hard to believe there are only two members of this group
Such a fun song 🎵 💕 So you have Geoff (Jeff) - singing in the depths of hades Cesar - sitting on the counter , a Sassy Angle showing he has grit Anthony - in the center blowing our minds Eli (rhymes with jelly) - with the bat hitting notes out of this universe, rock tenor Layne - Demon beatboxer, not sure if he can be considered human anymore
Geoff and Layne Stein (beatboxer +) are the founding members, all the way back to 1997 when they graduated from high school. They've been singing together since middle school. There's always magic when you pair an incredibly gifted bass guitar and drummer together - and I think Geoff and Layne carry that into a capella and create a musical environment that allows talent to thrive. They do nearly all of the arranging and video design, split roughly in halves. Who ever does the arrangement, most often does everything, including the initial voice edits and all of the video edits. Over the last 2-3 years Eli, the rock tenor god, has taken on an increasing amount of visual input, from lights to sets to costuming. This song was one of Geoff's. (For great examples of Layne's work, think Valhalla Calling, Hall of the Mountain King, We Don't Talk About Bruno)
Our man Geoff (the bass singer) did the arrangement for this. I LOVE the original, and this one did remove some of the energy, but it’s so much more layered and complex that I actually like this cover better.
Geoff, long haired bass man feeding Cerberus (Hound of Hell), Anthony, young, 'runner', Cesar, Sassy on the counter with all the hair......Eli, "Rock-God' Bald, bearded, with baseball bat.....Layne...'posessed' Beatboxer extrordinaire......>^^
I cannot stop watching reactors getting broke by this song...this song broke me as well. Geoff Arranged this one and they just seem to get better with each cover they do!! I just do not know how they do it. There are no words at all. And Anthony has the voice of an angel with all those runs...OMG!!! Loved your reaction!
I think you asked a great question. I have the answer. Q - "What's better than really good singing?" A - "LISTENING to that really good singing!" 😊 I really enjoyed your reaction!! Keep it UP!!!
Misty Mountains has always been my favorite, because it’s so soothing and I love Tolkien. But the new one really shows just how amazing his range is. I love that each dwarf gets his own time. And as much as I love his low low beautiful bass, the tenor in I See Fire is the one that did it for me❤

Hello. Don’t know where to request so will request here. First Aid Kit Ready T o Run in recording studio. Swedish sisters I have followed for years. Apologies if I am suggesting in the wrong area.❤️
No, they are an a cappella group that started back when the bass and the beatboxer were in middle school. They one permanent member short right now and are featuring a variety of guest artists. The guest can almost always be found in the middle when they are performing. Check out their cover of Valhalla Calling, Hoist the Colours or Dragonborn/Skyrim. I think they will show you they’re not just a boy band 😊.
Their cover of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters is another amazing arrangement.

Ignore the fishing telegram troll, they try to get as much personal info as they can by befriending you.
His name is Cesar Of The Rose?
You almost forget there are no instruments. The Voiceplay version of Dream On is another amazing vocal display of them all.
You gotta give VoicePlay this: when they feature an artist, they really FEATURE an artist! And Anthony didn't let them down in the slightest!
And they almost always put the featured artist in the middle to make it a little easier because they do have a lot of variety in their lineups!
The first video Anthony Gargiula joined VoicePlay for was Golden Hour. You will really like that one. Geoff's wife plays a major role in the story.
Anthony joined Voiceplay for Just Sing years before Golden Hour, but it was only a cameo rather than a feature.
omg, what a song! what voices! what talent! i have never been more jealous! hehe
You need to check out Voice Play's cover of "Creep" from Radiohead.
They have a collaboration video called "Just Sing" with several other vocalists. At the end there is a quote "The only thing better than singing is more singing"- Etta James
This guy is actually in the Just Sing video
Love that song
Great reaction.

"What in the Justin Timberlake just happened"........one of the most classic phrases I've ever heard......love it
😂 Ahahahah U Right! Ain't nothing better ... See Bobbie McFairren say him live and it was ... Spiritual... Emotional...and it has never left me...

whats better than just singing?👏👏 A CAPELLA 👏👏
99% of the time their guest vocalist is in the middle of the group. Anthony is a run monster. I would check out Just Sing if you haven't yet.
I cannot stop watching reactors getting broke by this song...this song broke me as well. Geoff Arranged this one and they just seem to get better with each cover they do!! Been following you lately and appreciate the variety. Guess I better subscribe.
Check out Geoff’s version of “Hi and Dry”. It will blow your mind!

Have you listen to The White Stripes original version of this song at least as far as I know it’s the original version Jack and Meg White
No no no no. Gots to B the official video - it is so tripped out. Please don’t start with a cover of this song!!
I disagree, a good quality 98% cacao dark chocolate is better than EVERYTHING!
White Stripes is better on Jack White's song
This version is very nice, but in the end i'll stick to the original (White stripes) or Haley Reinhart's version
10 minute guitar solo is better am sorry haha
not a reaction it's a continuous monologue
So wrong......go watch the White Stripes
An awful version.
White stripes if you wanna hear a decent version please
The move into electronic style is just plain ra pe of the OG.. Not saying they dont have talent, just a bad version imo.
