Add heat exchanger pipe to top AND bottom of your manifold. Doubles your heating surface. Very nice installation. Like the way you continued the exhaust to the stove pipe.
@@normalguydoesitall im going to make the same thing lol! I Wonder if a little fan behind would work too. and maybe a pipe on bottom for condensate? i have to vent my though the wall though i dont have a stove
I used an Old 150cm Towel-Radiator leftover from my Bath Restoration. I simple changed the Caps/Valves on it. I go in the Radiator on the lower side Left and out upper side Right. After the first few (too short) tests i saw Drops/dripping on the Exhaustpipe/Inlet where Condsensation was gathering. Then i tilted the whole Radiator a tiny bit to the Right and took a "Airbleeding" Screw to the lower right, to drain the/some Condensation. So far if i checked there was none. Maybe now i let it run long enough to heat/steam it out.
Yes, there are several options, I wanted to make something cool and original in my garage. I haven't realized that condensation would occur, I've also opened the pipes, I think it evaporates because the heating usually works for a few hours. Thank you!
Nice installation, but I see one problem: the condensation in the exhaust pipe cant leave because after the "radiator" the pipe goes up again ... no chance for liquids to leave. Sulphurous acids, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide generated acids will eat away at the metal over time. It is essential to install a CO detector in case of leaks,
Thank you! I have checked and condensation is not a problem because it does not occur, I drilled holes in the lower parts of the radiator and put bulges in front of them so that I could let the condensate out, but it does not arise there. Since I always heat this oven for quite a long time, I think that the condensation simply evaporates with this heat and exits the chimney. Thanks again and all the best to you!
Exhaust ! do you ever get any down draft and poison gas from the heater coming out of the wood stove intake vent ,I was wanting to do the same in my house
Hey, yes, they are loud devices, but nothing bad, and the video makes the noise worse. Besides, I don't go to the workshop to enjoy the silence, if I'm working, the noise doesn't bother me. Thank you!
To use a radiator for extraction of heat is good but to forget that heated air do condensate is not smart att all you vill end upp whit condensate boiling problem.

@@normalguydoesitall could i drill a hole in the bottom an djust have a bucket or a line going outside for the condensate? or ll just use 1/4 wall tube will take awhile for it to rust lol
You have your own way of doing things. It’s called “the right way.” Bravo.
Sometimes doing it yourself is worth it and your heart is satisfied when you have done something awesome, this time it is.
Thank you!

there are still many ways to get warm from there i know.
All the pest to you!
what kinda of pipe is it just black pipe or galv? i wanna use copper but i cant weld that lol
looks like EMT lol mhhh
Nice addition to the garage! Take care & stay safe
Thank you!
Great bro! But please get a carbon monoxide alarm in there also!
good idea but i don't usually stay that long and the room is ventilated and the doors move all the time so fresh air moves.
Thank you!
Hello from the Netherlands.
thanks for the video.
Kind regards, Hollandduck
Thank you!
Great idea, could you use a water type radiator it would have more surface to air ??
yes, I know that, but I wanted something on my garage wall that was made by me and would look more awesome.
Thank you!

Nice job💪💪

Where do the condensation wather go??
Hey, I don't know that I haven't seen it yet, the heating usually works for several hours, I think it evaporates.

Wszystko ładnie, pięknie błąd jest tylko w wydechu. Rurka od niego i cały radiator powiny iść w dół żeby nie gromadziły się w nich skropliny.

Hey, there are no problems with bad gases entering the room, this solution works fine what i did.
Thank you!

Next one --FIND AN OLD CAST IRON RADIATOR AND TRY THAT...HMMM
OMG. I know that, but I prefer something nicer on my garage wall that I have made myself.
Thank you!
Oled sa Eestis? Hästi tehtud
Suur tänu, ikka Eestis😉
Такой сильный шум от этой шайтан-машины😮, как в производственном цеху. Это ужасно😢
это рабочее место, и здесь может быть шум, меня это не беспокоит. Спасибо!
They're just hideously noisy though who wants that constant whining noise inside ? Not me!
