Doesn't the charger on the crosscore rc turn off when it is full ? I only ask because the light turns off on the battery (when charging off the bike) and the charger
@@richardstanford9095 yes, it and most other e-bike chargers turn off when the batteries are full. The point I am trying to make to make is that if the charger or battery should ever get into a bad state. This setup will help prevent dangerous overcharging. It shouldn’t happen, but if it ever did. It’s really a bad situation. Personally, it is something I wouldn’t leave to chance while sleeping overnight. It can also be used to charge the batteries partially. For instance say you target 80%, which is better for long term battery life.
