    Too much compost in the plant pot
    The potting compost should be about 1" below the rim so that when watering it doesn't run off the surface. You make s shallow puddle of water to let it slowly seep in.

    That is not a Dipladenia, it is a Mandivilia. They are not the same plant.

    I Have one of these plants and I want to plant it in the ground, so I can trail it all around my house, but iv just seen that I have to take it in the house in the winter, I won't be able to do that of its planted in the ground. Can I Just cover it with a plastic bag or something in the December month or when it snows etc.
