    I wear a G9300 daily and it's a great watch. I bought it for the Tough Solar and it is a G Shock. It is indestructible. Back home, many of the family are fishers and G Shocks are the watches of choice.

    Have this watch. Love this watch. I upgraded to the GWG 1000 so I don't wear it anymore but it's a great watch.

    My 9300 arrived this morning guys. Believe me when I say pictures and videos don't do the watch justice, it's much much nicer in person. Complements my Frogman and Rangeman perfectly. Great video too, Sir.

      Nick Raider It's a shame people have had a bad experience with the Rangeman, I absolutely love mine and I'm wearing it right now. I'm quite OCD when it comes to ABC calibration and my Rangeman in very very accurate in all areas. So is my Mudman.

      I noticed a pattern with Casio’s the fully digital ones are called “...-man” and the analog/digital or fully analog ones are called “...-master”
      I personally like the all digital ones way better, I have the baby Frogman (Seaman), and now I want to get the Mudman and the green jello Rangeman (Earthwatch) cause I love it very much

      I have this watch about 1 year and have noticed a noticeable gap between the bezel and the module. If you turn the watch over, looking at the stainless steel backplate, all around the edge of the SS backplate is the hard plastic module in which the electronics of the watch is stored. Right beside that is the protective rubber bezel case that surrounds the whole watch. Now between the rubber bezel and the module there is a gap.
      If I squeeze the rubber case/bezel between my fingers, the rubber flexes and the gap closes, when I let go the gap returns.. The gap on the watch are about 1mm. Is this normal for a lot of Casio watch rubber bezels to fit a bit loose causing a gap between the bezel and the watch module/backplate? The gap is on the sides of the watches i.e. 3 o' clock and 9 o'clock position, not were the band is attaches to the watch. The gap is only seen looking at the back of the watch, not the top/front of the watch.

    You seem to actually be a watch guy, not your average G shock fan or reviewer. I am thinking about adding this since I haven't got a G shock for likemany many years and it looks like a good functional hell of a beater. May I ask what sixe is your wrist and do you think it would fit a 6.75" wrist? That's my only concern (that it may wear too big). I know it doesn't weight much so that's a plus.

    1. Is the strap grey or black?
    2. Let’s say it’s the middle of the night and I want to set the timer/alarm, but it’s dark and I need to use the backlight. Can I use the backlight while mid way through setting an alarm/timer?
    Many thanks!

      EDC Gear Reviews Got mine today on Amazon $127.00 originally they were about $250 I believe. In 2011. It’s now 2018 . They don’t depreciate too much . The ones from Japan are still a few hundred dollars 💵 some serious coin. They start out about $700.00 . No financing. Like the iPhones 📱... lol 😂

    some of the mudman have made in thailand and only japan made at the back side of the watch . Is their any difference between them ? like original or duplicate . Please any one can tell about this ?

    • @Iron-Bridge
      @Iron-Bridge 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Both are original. The Japan manufactured one caters to their local Casio market while the Thailand ones are for countries outside of Japan.

    It's kind of funny how G shocks were sold at Walmart and now they're considered an incredible watch now this was in the eighties and maybe nineties but I guess when it came out of the bag that special Ops use them this watch EXPLODED!! When better yet just because a watch like luminox says navy seals on it automatically people want to drop 300 bucks on one And that's usually on the low end. I guarantee you the majority of them where rolexes.
