Man I really wish I could keep all my plays outside like that, it looks so cool
I'm definately lucky where I live, though I still have a greenhouse overflowing and a highland fridge in the dining room
great video, looks like a jungle. love th pitchers
Hahaha thanks. And that post trimming back. I filled a 60L tub with vines that I cut back lol
Great video 👍 Looking forward to seeing what comes of the Truncata pollination. I need more Truncata’s in my life 🙋♂️
Great to see so many thriving out of the greenhouse & in your back yard
There's alot of truncata and truncata hybrids in the works atm. Very exciting
I reckon put the trunc pasian in a much bigger pot. Ive found my slower grower truncs get alot bigger when ive done that in the past
Yeah I might give it a pot up, it's probably been in there a couple of years now
@@Eat-Me-Exotics what media do you use?
Nice video!
Thanks mate
Thanks... this was a great beginning of my Sunday. My god that plant, must be 10 crosses, doesn't she feels a little bit "abused" ;-). And the staghorn fern, love it (have some of them.)
😐
Great to hear mate, hahaha yeah alot of my females get very used to make the most of them while they are in flower. Wait till you see what I did to my lowii x veitchii in the greenhouse 😅
I live in fl and would love to have mine outside! How much sunlight do these bad boys/girls get??
I think they get between 3 to 5 hours direct sun through out the day
@Eat-Me-Exotics I appreciate your response!
Is that boschiana from the same batch of seed as the ones you were selling at the meetings? I don't know how yours is a nice sized plant while mine is still about 5cm in diameter
Yep I've only had the one grex of boschiana. They were in my greenhouse till recently so I'd put the size difference down to better growing conditions, lighting and fertiliser program.
@@Eat-Me-Exotics That would be a nice one... "fertilization". Everybody has particular tricks. Your video was the starting point of my journey.
@@cajbrg I have done one. I'm now testing some new stuff but Wong go into it too much till I've done it for at least a year
@@Eat-Me-Exotics I know... 5 month ago ;-) But in Australia products are "different" from those here in Europe. But we're moving to Spring. So I just "trimmed" my bog garden with carnivorous plants.
@cajbrg ah yep that can make it tricky. The pellets I'm currently test I had to import from the US at a ridiculous cost for shipping 🤣
Do you keep yours in Australia outside year-round?
Yep those ones live outside year round. I've got lots of others in the greenhouse and highland fridge as well though
whats the humidity for these guys?
It can drop down to 30% but usually 60%-80% here, because the plants are grouped together they probably build abit of a more humid micro climate as well
Nice tour mate , some crackin plants in there !!!!!
