I reale enjoy my „every day use“ of this car since three months. No tears about my „thrown away“ Porsche Macan! The Cupra Ateca is such an amazing car.....remembering the Lancia Delta HF Integrale from the early 90‘s......!
Drives great and totally usable on a daily basis. Kick it down a gear or two and your soon past slower moving vehicles. Even the ones that 'think' they have you matched :-)
I just bought one today and I can't believe they have ditched that beautiful infotainment system with real volume knob and shortcut buttons on each side to a full touch screen only instead.. for like half an extra inch display. Outrageous and stupid decision and the VW idiot who decided to ruin the current cars like this (Ateca is lucky compared to other models, at least climate controls remain tactile and wheel has real buttons) deserved every bit of losing his job. If the Ateca had an idrive/Audi mmi style dial as an option to control the screen that would be fine. But touch only is silly. Hopefully when mine arrives in 4 weeks that the steering wheel buttons have enough shortcuts to replace the once that have been removed from the screen. I just want quick access to volume, car dampers, drive mode, launch control and Nav. Not that much to ask is it?

get it in other colors mate.but the interior should not be distracting or reflected in sunlight. there is a good reason behind dark color in the interior. open colors are lame for dark horses like this baby.
For me there is only a suv count and that is Volvo XC 90 black exterior and white interior for once I prefer a Chinese car with Japanese transimission:) Cupra Ateca it is,,,,,,,,,,,,,b...shit which costs 50,000 $

That's actually pretty decent for a car with heavy front drive bias and no rear diff to apply torque to rear wheels independently.

Sounds and drives great but the grey exterior and interior just makes it look bland.

Boring haldex snow powerslides. In real world this handles jsut like a front wheel drive with better acceleration.
