Kaustabun solved my whether to buy plot or not, problem. Thanks man!! Appreciate it. Definitely freedom to improve my pay.
Great to hear that (:
There is no right and wrong answer, decide for yourself. If you might lose the plot too if not thought through
Why were buying a plot to begin with? Was it for residential purposes? He must have meant the plot as an asset to grow wealth. Regardless, please prioritize a roof over your head first.
What is mean by freedom? Did you took career break ; or pursue MBA or else please clarify
update in 2 years bro
These are the videos people like me who are in their late 20s need to watch. Hoping for more of such content from Wint Wealth.
Bald guy is best advisor - freedom from loans will give you auto negotiations skill
Great episode as always! Love how you've cut the intro and you jump right into the core content.
This channel is blessing for every sort of person, especially middle class. Knowledge you guys share is invaluable.
Very helpful content, would like to see similar content from medical sector. Where the scenario is very different & complex. How to gauge PE. Knowing a HR definitely helps.
Thank you, people blindly assume whoever stays in India remain poor. This is clear proof and makes me positive about the future.
Open discussions and great perspectives shared..
Guys, wonderful channel with great content. Regular viewer here with a suggestion - please improve the audio quality of your videos. There is wide variation in clarity and loudness in several of your recent videos I have seen.
Been following your content for a bit of time now and i finally decided i want your vids in my feed, so grats on earning a new subscriber
Very ground to Earth advise with real numbers. Much appreciated.
A question regarding marriage while you are earning also should be considered here.
Marriage is a normal process. Don't be so greedy that you decide to not marry it not have children as some of the dumb people in Bangalore do.
To bring awareness or to help people indecisive in matters of marriage?

Superb Video 🎉🎉🎉 keep the good work team. We need more discussion from veterans
inspirational,insightful,helpful!!!
I like Wint wealth..very good content and very transparent company..
True. In 30s, it all about adding more value to what we are doing. In 20s, it all about survival.
Very nice video as always! Inspiring
Amazing video. Wint Wealth founder should write a book about his experiences
superb ...thanks very much great value
Nice, got such a job in my 20s.
I like the stock analogy. The value increases by increasing skills and multiplier effect.
A runway of a year at least gives you a lot of room for experimentation. Since I had that runway barring the emergency fund I was able to try out my entreprenerial zeal. Even though it didn't work out and I had to join a job afterwards, it taught me what not to do in my future endeavours. I could get the learning only because I had the runway. I don't have any EMI, and that gives me sound sleep every night.
15:30 from 8LPA to 1Cr...can you please elaborate on that 30x jump? Was it an industry change, geolocation change or next-level upskilling which landed you the deal.
Grt insight . If you could bring some episodes where it will giv some inputs for lower middle class income people , How they can plan passive income. It will help. I hope you will get those episodes also in the coming days..
Current age of each individual is needed
Every young adult should watch this
My story. From earning absolute peanut salary of 2 dollar per hour in Infosys, I am now earning 80 dollars per hour by working directly for end client in USA. All these so called CEOs like Narayan Murthy treat talented Indians as cheap labor demanding 70 hours per week and suck all the commission in between from end client dollars. Be smart and quit India. Upskilling is not necessary most of the times. You are good enough. Ignore the bullshit of a toxic Indian manager during appraisals. It is their strategy to keep you fearful and not question the status quo. Have lot of friends from Andhra who can guide you on migration process. Also please concentrate on heath and avoid getting pot bellies. No amount of money can save you if you get chronic diseases.
could you give some pointers on migration to us ?
Are you working from India or moved to USA
is your salary around 170000$ ?which state?
Can you make a video of a person aged between 20-30, of his financial idealogies and how has he made 1 crore portfolio or more in case he made it as it would help younger people to think of investing early in their journey.
I am 32. Have 1 cr mutual fund. 3 cr worth of real estate. No debt
Great video.
I was earning more as their timeline till 2015 in my own business, after that they grow very high. Not all business give return on the basis of experience.
Need this with a women’s group, the experience and the factors are very different!
Amazing insights ❤❤
Great video. I would like to know, how to get to know the PE of the industry we are working in or any industry for that matter. Thanks.
Probably check the stock market details of the companies in that industry on a stocks website like Groww or MoneyControl . PE ratio is a financial term.
Very good. Very useful.
Good content. The collective nod at 5:24 is the highlight for me 😂
Meaningful discussion!!
I have question for Mr. Kaustuban
When you say buy freedom
What exactly do you mean by it?
And being a salaried guy what can I do buying freedom?
Please have a conversation with CS Vikas Vohra Amazing man, founder of Yes academy.
All india ranker of his time, youngest CS of his time and with 7-10yrs of corporate experience as company secretary.
Started his own institution and a millionaire now.
A single sentence summarises everything for me 14:39
One of the best channel..
No one looked towards fitness long term a poor investment ☹️
Something I was gonna say too😂
It's quite sad that you either have to choose more money or better health.
You can do both also
Agree health is wealth. But try earning same. See the work life, stress at that level. Then complaint about fitness.
Best one 😂😂😂bruh
@sameerkharade7750 not always
Great content
good job guys and wint ! can anyone give me the list of high PE indutries with respect to jobs ??
@Wint Wealth - can you do the same topic but put generations of people (X,Y,Z) instead of experienced people. I really want to know if Gen Z thinks that CTC is a joke.
Genz cares about gyaat
this is great great content
I think all of you should focus on health rather than wealth now!!(No pun intended & not a recommendation, just a thought after how important health is which is directly proportional to long term wealth
amazing podcast
Awesome!
1:59 How do I find out PE ratio for the field I am interested in? How do I do that market research to know the worth of my knowledge?
you can easily earn 1.5 - 2 cr in Tech roles in India in FAANG companies. Most of my colleagues earn in that range at an L6/L7 level in India.
Gr8 content, should have been longer
Will come on your channel soon, in midway to "create my story, soon will reach good milestone", so can be better for your viewers.
Loved it
Best knowledge
Audio volume was very low for the whole video right uptil the end when it blasted my ears.
Good work guys
Awesome video
Great channel
One query, investing in debt means in debt bond/fund?
Audio volume during and at the end is in complete contrast.
During the video, we can barely hear anything and then the end is so loud.
It’s been 3 weeks!!! Waiting for a new video wint 🥴
Better than a podcast
It should be unedited otherwise we miss the perspective of everyone 😮😮😮😮 that's where the world miss leads to not knowing the exact value of the culture and money based chasing.
Its tough to get a job as fresher by off campus placement
True ... but you have to prepare yourself best try to join any company small or big and learn irrespective of what they pay
when they say they have a part of their savings in debt what do they usually mean? are they in debt or do they give out debt or they have some sort of settlements with bank? what should I search on internet their understand their context ?
They mean debt investments like fixed deposits, bonds etc.
when they say debt, what exactly do they mean?
Impressive content🔥!
I have incurred so much losses trading on my own....I trade well on demo but I think the real market is manipulated.... Can anyone help me out or at least tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Trading with an expert is the best strategy for newbie and busy investors who have little or no time to monitor trade
Since meeting Expert Mary Linda, I now agree that
with an expert managing your portfolio, the
rate of profit is high, with less risk.
I'm surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon one of his clients testimony on CNBC news last week.
Here in Texas Expert Mrs Mary Linda carries out the both orientation and mentorship
Such a genuine personality!!, Sincerely speaking. I will continue to trade and stick to Mary Linda daily signals and guides as long as it works well for me
that salesforce guy is straight up lying about the salary. for a tech role his salary would be above 1.2 cr stocks and bonus inclusive (at salesforce)
He is not tech guy
Not every Salesforce tech guy is payed 2 cr..
Hey , I really don't know about finance just wanted to all were saying like something % debt of their wealth. Does it mean they had loan or what . Can anybody explain by giving example
One guy looks like big smoke from gta san andreas 😂
😂
Can someone elaborate on the comment regarding being friends with HR who has access to naukri backend?
I have noticed corporate leaders who make huge salaries in US & India. They are relentless in their daily pursuits and extremely focused on outcomes. I frankly dont have that motivation or drive & am happy in my current salary two tiers below them.
All these people have invested atleast 15 lac in the post grad and undergrad 😊 that's the partwhich they missed
What do they mean when they say "investing in debt"?
Can someone explain me , what does it mean when someone say they have 60% debit in their portfolio ?
@wintwealth I really appreciate that you people discussing corporate journey i would love to have HR friend or somebody from your team who can help me that will be life changing moments of my life.
What do you mean by debt is portfolio split,Is there any resource where I can understand this better
Are you using debt to create wealth or you give debt to others
Thanks for responding :)
They are types of investments. This might help you understand them better: www.wintwealth.com/blog/debt-instruments/
Call a trader and ask for career advice. He will force fit your life and career into a stock chart.
Good video content. But irritating background music in between.
Being an practicing advocate and fantasizing about top tier law firm and then listening to the lawyer guy and his working hours at Khaitan & Co scared me.
Nice
Let’s also talk about health along with wealth.
This show is literally about wealth. Why pollute it?!
One more thing is that one can't just wrap up over night his or her business that he built over a time just to try new things, biggest disadvantage of business.
Big smoke.
How a student in his/ her graduation tym plan their career to reach like financial freedom at age 30-35 by doing investmenting by doing good mba from top colleges etc make a video on that also sir
How wint wealth makes money?
Is this the full video?
What did he mean by buying freedom?
Invest in health too, Charlie Munger lived till age 99, Buffet 95 not out
Anybody know the name of the person working in Salesforce?
Engagement
That comment on PE does not make sense. A company with high PE means earnings per share is low, which would reduce a company's capacity to pay their employees highly! The comment made in the video is just the opposite.
It makes sense. PE ratio is calculated after salaries are paid to employees.
Companies with High PE ratio, pay employee's more - Nvidia, Amazon, SalesForce. Companies with low PE ratio pay shareholders more and employee's less - Verizon, GM, Cisco.
what is debt in this context?
point to note -- none of them said do an 'MBA'
