CHARLOTTE TRAIL RANKINGS 2024 | #17 PARK ROAD PARK

Howdy Charlottians, ringing the bell at number 17, Park Road Park. This trail is really like a baby Backyard Trails. The trail system is actually super short but fairly action packed. Every feature is smaller than anything at BYT but built in a similar style. Very natural and a fair amount of roots and rocks. I think this trail is slightly more fun than Purser but because it is so close to Backyard, it gets one step up. Keep your eyes open because after a few more, some real heavy hitters are coming!

Thx for this. I wasn’t aware of the first section you hit back by dumpsters; I’ve always just pedaled up from greenway and then straight the trails that begin by the playground

I think the wet bypass is just giving you an out from going through an actual wet feature creek if don’t want to

It’s not a frequent for me but it’s a good spot to hit if you’re close and everything else is closed. I definitely prefer the more tech DH stuff though!

I think prp is more fun that Pursur in all honesty. Plus, Pursurs jumps are so bad that they’re dangerous for people that dont have really good bike control.
