  • Shred extra pounds and get sweaty with this calorie killer 5000 steps energetic walking workout at home.
    This is a basic, follow along walking workout that compromises of two rounds with one 30s break in between.
    You won't need any equipment to perform this workout and it's a perfect active recovery day session.
    Please note, I don't film my workouts to the music you hear so none of them are to the beat, therefore you might prefer to use your own audio or mute it all together.
    It is also worth mentioning that not all smart devices/ watches will register some of the steps you see in this video as a 'STEP' therefore I wouldn't get too discouraged if you don't hit the target.

    I love your channel so much! I love that there is cardio and weight training videos that are about 30 minutes ( give or take) each. Since I hate the gym and am on a time crunch, it works wonders for me!

    Thank you! I usually do a two mile walk outside every morning but use your videos when the weather has other plans. I actually turn the volume all the way down and listen to my audiobook while following along so I also especially like seeing the cues on the screen and the timeline showing how much I’ve completed and is left. It helps to keep me motivated too!

    Typically, I only do your strength routines. However, I'm battling an awful head cold at the moment and wanted something a little less strenuous on my body. This made me work up a sweat and helped to get my body moving - I burned 226 calories

    I didn’t feel like working out today and did this so I don’t feel bad for not working out but I absolutely loved it (300 calories burnt) 4200steps , it motivated me to workout more afterwards 🏋🏻‍♀️ thank you so much for this amazing workout ❤️❤️

      @@gvu90 unfortunately no I don't. I started this channel after my third pregnancy. I did one post natal core workout but it didn't do very well.
      STEP workouts are a gentle way to ease yourself into fitness and most importantly they very safe so if you enjoy them there's no reason why you cannot continue to do them once your fully recover. Wishing you all the best ❤️🙏

    I love your walking workouts, never boring or repetitive and push you, keeping HR up. Safe for dodgy knees like mine too! I actually find I burn more cals on these than following low impact modifications on Cardio/HIIT. A nice 330 cal 🔥keep them coming Olivia 👍🏻😘

      That's amazing. Not sure if you had a chance to read the description but I mention in there that some devices won't register some moves as a step. It might be worth doing a little test to see if yours does. 😊

      Sourcing copyright music can be one of the most challenging parts of creating a video. We all have our own tastes in music and many enjoy my choice. When choosing tracks for my videos I focus on tempo and beat not lyrics. Its impossible to listen through every song at the volume of videos I produce.
      I don’t charge for my workouts so more understanding would be appreciated.
