Clean AF! You’ll be an amazing pilot. For other people watching, this video is probably for quality and training more than seeking fame. If I were him, I’d watch these videos over and over again to learn tendencies.
My son is a pilot. Went to the Air Force Acadamy. I had the opportunity to also fly and solo. I flew a 152. I told him no matter the plane the first time he solos will be an unforgettable first experience never again like that. Nobody knows the solo experience until it really happens!
Well done! Can't believe this was your first solo flight! I can see that you've notice that you came a bit flat on the first one and had to fight for a bit on the T/d the second and the third approach was very well done and the landing was butter! Congrats and Keep up a good work!
Well done! You seemed cool as a cucumber. My first solo landing (also in a 172) I bounced down the runway lol. I was too fast. An approach at 65kias usually does the trick. Man that is a busy airport! Congratulations!
First solo was super exciting for me. I was nervous all the way through taxi and ground roll, and as soon as I took off everything kind of fell in place and I cracked a huge smile. "This'll be easy!" I yelled to nobody 😂 And it was! One of the best days of my life.
Great job but a few things: lean the engine on the ground. Call lights camera action on takeoff. When rolling call engine instruments in green. Takeoff power set. Airspeed alive. You should be checking all that. Because the day the engine isn’t good you will know to abort.
Hey excellent landings bro, but I didn't see if you pulled the carburettor heat, is there a reason for this or I just didn't notice you pulling the carburettor heat?
Putting the wind correction with your yoke helps while you are just taxiing or just not doing anything on the ground, phenomenal job on everything else
Go to any flight school and request a curiosity flight or whatever they call it and they just take you up and show you a few things and whatnot and see if your up for learning then you pay the money
Takes me back almost 40 years...Ugg! Congratulations! That said, I really think it's critical to work on your communication skills. Speak more clearly!!!
this tower controller is SO GOOD. he speaks slow and so everyone clearly can understand him and making sure everybody understands everything. Props
Congratulations on the first solo! It's a day you'll never forget. Enjoy the rest of the journey. Fly well!
Everyone says it’s a day you’ll never forget, yet I forgot an hour after I did it lmao 😂
😂😂😂@@S5ndwich
i still remember its my best landing of my ppl time
Took me back 35 years - that was awesome - nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
Don’t want to take anything away from your solo. Great job! But the controller is amazing. Thank you for keeping us safe up there.

Remember my first solo. The second I had positive climb I was thinking I have to land this thing!
I have the same memory from mine! I also remember taxiing to the runway, I looked back at the empty seat (PA-11) and it was a great feeling.
I remember my 1st solo. KPWK runway 16 baby! So scared I was gunna crap my pants.
I had my first solo in 2020. Nothing ever comes close to it. Congratulations.
Love watching SOLOs- Busy airport for your solo and you did great!
I remember my first solo, that was many many years ago. Congratulations!
🤡
Congrats! My first solo is still ahead of me so that's very useful to watch. I got nervous just to watch! Super friendly ATC! Stay safe up there :)
All the best. It’s going to be a day to remember.
2:32 said the same thing on mine lol. Congrats def one of the best feelings ive ever had.
As I was approaching the runway I said to myself "OMG, what have I gotten myself into" LOL. Was so much fun!

Awesome job. Never stop learning. Always have a Plan A, Plan B (and sometimes a Plan C).
...and draft the will. just in case.

Good job! Did that same thing in 1974, just a bit northwest of Spirit, at MOB.
That's awesome! Congratulations!
Congrats!!
Good job Bro.. looking forward to more videos from you.
Great Effort! Good idea to practice departure and landing and thanks for sharing.
Respect and safe flights!
Congrats mate, well done! This seems to be a pretty busy airport for a first solo.
Great job! Smooth landings! Fly safe
Congratulations I can’t wait to go solo too🥰🎉
Nice Landing ✈️🎉
Thanks for showing your progress it does help🤙
Congratulations! I just had my first solo today!
Nicely done buddy keep up the amazing flying
Well done...but now I want to know what that red helicopter did..
Well done, congrats ! On to the next step
You did well................ hint.. don't retract flaps until off the runway, safely. when flying retracts... that is a big rule !!!!!
True, but not in all cases. For example, short-field landing to maximum braking. Need that weight on those wheels.
lol just let the kid enjoy his solo. GA social media warriors are the worst
@@speedchecks exactly.
Just watching how far are you now and congratulations man
Great job! Remember to keep the dirty side down! Cheers
My first solo today. Wish I could have recorded it but don’t have fancy equipment like you. 😂
Congrats on your first solo! Nothing fancy about sticking a GoPro up behind you 😂
Nicely done, young man. I tried to record my first solo but I couldn’t get the damn camera to work. 😂
Congrats on your first solo!
Great job! My first solo, my seat adjuster broke!
Nicely done. Congrats!

I know you leaned it a bit fyi
I can’t wait till I get my license
Very nice. Great video.👍

Great job son.

Hey excellent landings bro, but I didn't see if you pulled the carburettor heat, is there a reason for this or I just didn't notice you pulling the carburettor heat?
That controller was busy but did very well
How did you record this and the cockpit audio! I wannt do this once I do my first solo
Spectacular
how do you record with the atc audio. what devices
Respect! 🙏🏽
Congratulation's
very goood. perfect
Get instrument rating. It is crazy to have all those dials and not know how to use them if you suddenly need them
This was his first solo man calm down😂
Congratulations
How do u hear the radio calls and u talking to atc on TH-cam
Nice 👍
Didn't it seem like the plane jumped off the runway without the weight of your cfi? I was not expecting that.
Congratulations ! very nice vidéo which airport please ?
good job man!
congrats!
CONGRATULATIONS....AQP for GA!
Good job bro.
Did you setup the camera or they always record you, and give you the videos?
Question: roughly how many questions are asked during oral exam?
Putting the wind correction with your yoke helps while you are just taxiing or just not doing anything on the ground, phenomenal job on everything else
Happy birdday!
What is that knob he keeps adjusting the beginning
That's the gas peddle, the throttle.
I flew a plane for the first time on Saturday
Now I wanna be a pilot even morr
What is the best way to get introduced to flying. Is it best to obtain training in a light sport aircraft first.
Go to any flight school and request a curiosity flight or whatever they call it and they just take you up and show you a few things and whatnot and see if your up for learning then you pay the money

what do u use to record and get cockpit audio?
Carburetor heat turned on?
Apparently the CFI had a date? How's bout an atta boy????
Perfeito.
