HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW BUTTERCREAM | American Buttercream Frosting Recipe | Pride Recipe's

Hey everyone!
Today I'm going to show you how to make rainbow buttercream for Pride! 🌈 I'm making this for a 2-tier rainbow cake which is coming to the channel next week! 😊
To celebrate Pride month, I'm going to be sharing with you different Pride inspired food recipe's, and this week we have rainbow buttercream which only has 4 ingredients and is super duper easy to make!
Ingredients:
500g butter (needs to be real butter, not baking spread)
1kg icing sugar
5tbsp milk
1tsp vanilla extract
You will also need:
Food colouring - I prefer to use gel colours and my go to brands are Wilton and Sugarflair
Just a little note to add - the colours in your buttercream will develop over a few hours, so if your colours are looking a little pale, don't panic :)
