The most fudgy Ferrero Rocher brownies 🍫

    Ingredients:
    180g butter
    150g dark chocolate
    3 large eggs
    175g light brown sugar
    75g caster sugar
    90g plain flour
    50g cocoa powder
    1tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch of salt
    Ferrero rochers
    Nutella
    8x10inch tin
    Bake at 160 Celsius fan for around 23-27 minutes.
    Top tips:
    Whisk your eggs and sugars until they increase in volume and when you lift your whisk up, your mixture leaves a trail - this will create the flaky top!
    Undercook your brownies! You obviously don’t want them raw, but still a little gooey so they are fudgy. Check with a cocktail stick or knife and you should see some gooeyness but not too much it looks raw.
    Leave in the fridge to cool. This will give you the ultimate fudgy texture 😊
