    Thanks for actually knowing the meaning of a “small” RV. I keep seeing small RV videos about giant RVs. These were all a great size! The last one got me with the swivel trays, although I do love a nice booth, too.

    Great video! We have been talking about buying a travel trailer next year. Our daughter graduates from high school in 6 years and we have been talking about spending our last handful of summers we have left with her before she graduates traveling the country and making memories. We really haven't spent enough time traveling with her and time is slipping away. Makes me tear up thinking about it. My husband and I both work in public schools so we all have summers off together. I recently started looking into motor homes. With a travel trailer, we would also need to buy a truck big enough to haul the travel trailer which alone could cost as much as a motor home. This gives me the idea of buying a motor home that is a few years old with low miles and not put those travel miles on our daily vehicles. Then we could sell the motor home once our daughter moves off to college. Loving these videos! So many options!

    I'm delighted that none of these have a crappy corner bed. Those seem to be standard in the shorter class C's but they are difficult to live with. Thank you!

    The layout of the Dynamax is what I'm looking for. I never use the dinette in my travel trailer so I really like the sofa/swivel table setup. Cat can stay in the upper bunk and even has his own window. Purrfect.

      @@Rennygade1 Same place as I do in my current camper, the shower. I just put a top entry litter box in there and take it out when I use the shower. It works incredibly well. Almost no scattered litter.

    I purchased the Coachmen Freelander 21 RS and I love it! I looked for 2 years for a Class C under 25ft and found this one had more kitchen counter space. Mine is a 2020 and it came with a stove and oven as well as the microwave. It has awesome outside storage space and a full length awning with I love. The only thing I didn't like was the placement of the toilet, but I'm not in there very long so I don't mind. Great video.

    Hey Mike! Great coverage on these RV's but, as we know, NEWBIE RV'ers cares about what's "in the RV", veteran RV'ers cares about "what comes with the RV". One, what kind of engine (diesel? gas?) and gear it has? (3.73? 4.10? 4.56?), how heavy is the RV (GVWR) loaded and dry? what's the Fresh, Black, Grey and Fuel tank capacity? does it come with gas generator? solar panels? what kind of batteries? Storage compartments? How big of an AC unit? what type of water heater? electric? propane? both? capacity? Thank you sir!!! and the camerawoman needs a pay raise, she does a great job :D

      Thank you for the kind words (esp me (susan)) 😂 We understand people need those specific details but we keep it brief in order to review several at a time (keeps videos shorter). We're hoping if someone see an RV they like they can check out the manufacturer or check out Matt's RV Reviews. He does a great job getting techy. Thank you for watching and commenting.

    If I could only pick and choose from each one! LOVE the shower in the Dynamax although I'm a little concerned with the men in my life (hubby & 3 boys) who start at 6' 1" and go up to 6'4" fitting into ANY RV shower...LOL...but I digress. I do have one question/comment...could you please specify if they are all microwaves or microwave/convection. This issue is VERY important to me because honestly I will not buy the RV unless it comes with a convection or the microwave can be replaced with a microwave/convection. Hubby and I are just starting our search now. Thank you for all the information you're getting out to us "newbies".

    Love this video.....this is the type of rig I would like. I was not familiar with the Dynamax brand. It and the Nexus were my favorites. The Dynamax had my favorite layout with the sofa rather than the traditional booth dinette but the price .... wowza! The quality in the build of both the Nexus and the Dynamax was obvious compared to the Coachman. 2 Krazy Kampers had a similar video with 7 small C's and the Coachman's all seemed cheaply made. Big bonus in this video is you can get around all the beds in the units featured. I am disabled from a stroke and there is no way I could get in some of the beds in the layouts I have viewed online and forget trying to make the bed! Thanks Mike & Susan! Love your videos!

    2 things I would have liked to have seen on the Coachman Freelander 21RS and Nexus Triumph 24T - 1: Does Queen Bed fold up and in, or just slide in? 2: Is the shower curtain on a track at top AND bottom, or just the top?

    I'm surprised that these kitchens don't have a folding-out counter extension and convection ovens. At the very least, offer a fitting over half a double sink because you don't need both side when prepping food. I'm also thinking that layout like the last unit with swivel tables could be engineered to lift up to counter height and swivel perpendicular to the counter. Repeatedly I have said for manufacturers to not waste space in the bathrooms by putting in a sink. Use the kitchen sink.

    Hey Mike & Susan! I actually thought that the first rv seemed to have more space in it re: countertop, storage & bathroom. The bunk was even lower. But I loved the couch with the laptop trays in the last one. They were all nice, seemed the cheapest & smallest made the best use of space. Thank you so much for all of the info and for not taking the time to show how the dinette's turned into beds. *lol* The rv show on tv (Lets go RVing) always takes the time out to show how the couch's & dinette's turn into beds (to me is a waste of time). Thanks again guys and I'll see ya soon 😁💗🌳👫🚐🌷💗😁

    New to RVs. The expanding room RVs seem to be the best. But the question is, how reliable is the expansion motor? If it fails, can you hand crank it back in?

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Sen,
      Great question! The slide outs have motors that are pretty reliable but they do break occasionally. And the slide outs can leak sometimes too. And if you get stuck with the slide out in the OUT position you are stuck until it gets fixed!
      That's why many people prefer RVs with no slide outs.

    I have a question: why do you keep emphasizing in each of the kitchens that there is “no oven” but neglect to mention that every microwave is a COMBO microwave AND CONVECTION OVEN!?! This is very important information - a convection oven is a marvelous device. You can make anything you would in a regular oven, like pizza or cookies or whatnot. But it’s better than a regular oven because it circulates the warm air to cook evenly. Honestly, I *prefer* having a combo microwave/convection oven over having a separate oven and microwave. You are misrepresenting the appliance situation in these RVs.

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Seattle Trainer,

    Who are these “ show n tell sales people “ who show what‘spacious’ floor space in the camper,? When a family of 3-4 people with children riding down the road - there isn’t hardly any floor to walk on to use the potty while underway . It may take more time, but start the video B4 any slides are deployed!!

      Hi John. We are not sales people and we are not "paid" to review RVs. When we tour an RV it is usually at an RV show. We are unable to retract the slides. Though knowing that space might be important, I would imagine seeing it's living space is a little more important. Thank you for watching and commenting.

    I got to say a no to any RV that’s 8.5’ wide.

      Hi 80's Dude,
      I miss the 80's!
      And I agree - an 8.5 wide RV is hard to drive!

      Hi Kelley,
      That's the direction the market has gone. People want more room inside. Our RV doesn't have a slide out. We don't want the hassle but we wish we had the space.

      That large slide out provides great living space. Nice floor plan! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
