Hi Everyone, We hope you enjoyed our video! Which Class C RV did you like?? Please say hello by leaving a comment below! Also, please feel free to ask any questions or just tell us about yourselves. We want to get to know you and share our RV experiences.
I like the Coachmen I am a big fan of their products we are hoping to buy a Beyond hopefully with the Lithium system on it we want it as a daily driver and I am a subscriber for your channel love your videos
@@RVBlogger any videos on the New Coachmen Beyond RB that you guys have done ?? Trying to research 🧐 on the model better.. Also their lithium systems compared to the Volta from Winnebago PLEASE!!
I will add my biggest issue with class c mh are the leaky overhead bed area, I'm curious how the newer 1 peice designs are fairing. I saw one this past week that had a crack leading down the top rear corner of the driver's door!
@@thomasthesing7452 Hi Thomas - we have a class C and the overcab leaked for a year! I just couldn't fix it. Finally, I put a new roof on and also used the roof coating to cover the seams on each side of the overcab - problem solved. I made a video about it. Here's the link if you would like to watch. th-cam.com/video/0Fr02ynpM70/w-d-xo.html If you don't want to go through this process you could use Flex Seal on the overcab seams. Took me a long time to realize that the factory seams failed. From what I hear the new fiberglass one piece caps are better but I was wondering if they leak where the seam is too. Hope this helps! Mike
Kinda wish you and other reviewers would show the RVs with the slides in first to show if the bed can be used and walkthrough capability while traveling
Hi Joseph, Many times when we do reviews we are at a dealership in the middle of a parking lot or at an RV show and we can't move the slides - but I wish we could too. Love your videos but being a single older female ( looking for my perfect rv to buy to become a full timer) I would appreciate if when your giving us a full review that you would open ALL drawers and storage areas. It would just be helpful in order to determine which ones I would physically want to go and view😁 thanks so much for your time in making these videos IT SURE HELPS FOR ALL TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS! ☺️

Hi, I love your great videos. My wife and I just recently purchased the Jayco Greyhawk 27U and we love it. There is a ton of storage, it's comfortable for my son, wife, and I, and we love the king size bed. There is a folding door for privacy. And, on the 2023 Greyhawks, they've included a motorized front closing window over the bunk. Great RV for lots of travel and great memories.
Hey Craig, Congrats! That sounds amazing, you'll make so many great memories. Safe travels and happy camping! Thanks for watching and commenting! ❤ Mike and Susan
The 'tiny microwave' is actually a 'convection oven' I think and often takes the place of an actual oven AND the microwave... my traveling kids love it.
Hi Bev, We didn't cover that detail very well when we made this video but now we try to point out if each RV contains a regular or convection microwave. Thanks for watching and commenting! Thank you so much for your videos they've been really helpful for me and my family deciding if we want to rent one for a vacation. Looking at pictures online is one thing but actually being able to see an adult person in setting really helps me see how my children would comfortably feel and one of these to rent also we've never had one or used one so something simple to drive is important. Thank you
So glad you find our tours helpful!!! We definitely recommend renting an RV to see what floor plan best fits your needs. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Hi Mike and Susan, thanks for the video reviews! We just ordered an Odessey Integra 31F and are awaiting its arrival. The manufacturer is waiting for HVAC parts to complete it for shipment. Each one of these Class C's has features that would meet the needs of couples/families based on what they are looking for. The Jayco Greyhawk looks very similar (interior-wise) to the unit we ordered, so I would have to say that would be our favorite. Happy RVing!
Hi Amy, Glad you like the reviews! When does your new rig arrive? I think many HVAC parts are manufactures in Lake Charles LA which got nailed by 2 hurricanes so it might take some time for them to recover... Thank Mike and Susan, I liked them all, but loved the Jayco 24b, that's what we have Thanks for sharing You and Susan do a great job reviewing these RV's, helps others with their choices
I love watching these videos and dreaming… but I laugh every time I see the shower because I’m 4’11 and my hubby is 6’7”…. I will see him in shower and he would look headless since his head would be in that skylight….lol!

I wish they would offer queen size beds. I've never had a king at home and it would make room for a nightstand for my morning or evening beverage plus it is a must for my CPAP machine. Millions of people use these but most RV manufacturers seem oblivious.

ABSOLUTELY love Both Jayco's. Especially the last with all the white to black hardware kitchen cabinets to the shower head and FH style sink hardware black. Greyhawk is my Favorite. Love both JayCo's. Love Your videos to you seem so down to earth & Nice. Started following all your platforms yesterday. Thank You for this great content as I search for my Adventure on The Road. Stay safe!! God Bless
Hi A A, Thanks you so much for the kind words and for following us on all our platforms! Please let us know if you have any questions! Maybe we'll see you in the FB Group! Mike and Susan
Hi Brenda! Glad you like them! Thanks for watching and the kind words! We hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Mike and Susan
My favorites in the group are the Integra and Jayco. The Jayco and integra's are essentially the same sort of like the difference between a GMC vs a Chevy in like the Jimmy Blazer comparison... Both are nice though, very. The main difference is the fridge. Want more fridge? Integra. Want a bit more storage, Jayco... and like you said, under 30 feet is a perfect (my term) compromise of size and capability. AND, as for the subject of the video itself, something people do not realize, is that under 30 feet opens up like 35% more campsites in the United States than above 30 feet. Remember MOST national forest and park and state campgrounds were built before the massive RV's became...the norm... And WE like trees. NOW that everything is going 12 volt, solar lithium blah blah... it is nice to see even in 2023 that the integra and Jayco are still propane electric on the fridges and so I don't have to find a parking lot to keep my solar cells in the light. I can still camp in the shade with my batteries and occasional generator... Have fun on that concrete pad everyone in the sun...
Well said, thank you! You were spot on with the benefits of a motorhome under 30' and an absorption fridge! Thank you for watching our RV tour and commenting!
Saw the Jaycoco Greyhawk at a show recently and it changed my mind d on getting a 5th wheel. Also saw the Crosstrek but the stairs to the bed made it impractical for me. Hoping someone bought one this year and decided that RV ing isn't for them, so I can get a recent but used in next year!

I was at a RV show this weekend, place was packed! The Jayco Redhawk 31F was my favorite but just a tad over the 30 ft. limit.I had my g-kids with me and the double bunks in the 31F was a super hit with them, not sure if I can go with a Greyhawk now, lol.

I really like the Coachman. I would love it if you could give a price range on each model. I know prices change but if you could just give us an idea of pricing it would save us a lot of time because we would know if we even need to consider a particular unit. Great video though, very informative!

The Jayco Redhawk 24B seems poorly thought out. Not sure how that mattress arrangement would be comfortable....but the sleeping area storage looks good. Interior colors on the Jayco Greyhawk 27U very nice. Which manufacture (s) makes a quality Class C? For floorplan, the Jayco gets my vote here.
Hi Shelley, We are always impressed with Jayco's floor plans. It just depends how much you want to spend. Tiffin and LeisureVans make very high quality products but they are expensive. On the lower end I like Jayco and Gulf Stream. Thanks for watching and commenting! Happy New Year! Mike and Susan
My wife and I have a 2023 24b, the Mattress is very comfortable.. we looked at the 22 with the corner bed, but liked the overall layout of the 24b There's always a trade off

I like #3 and #4 - you know honestly you cannot buy a house anymore for $129,000 (at least not a decent one). I'm looking to buy something like this and live in it and retire. I'm not really looking to do much traveling just want something that I can afford to live in, that gives you that "fun" feeling.

You did a good review of all of these and they all are real nice. Shopping for RV's is like shopping for shoes. Not all fit your feet exactly the way you want. Most people place emphasis on specific features they are primarily interested in. I am interested in a RV of this size that has the perfect TV viewing with the theater seats in a Class C . I guess there are not many this size that will have that feature. Thanks for the good and interesting review.

Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike and Susan GET READY! We are launching our new digital/video magazine on June 1st!
I would take out the dinette and put in a televator, cabinets and a fold up desk with free standing chairs. To me the dinette is wasted space. Most people eat outside and if it’s bad weather you could eat at the desk area or use TV trays.
I just wish that RV manufacturers would stop putting in regular microwaves and instead install a microwave convection oven combo. Even better put it down on the lower countertop instead of being high up
Thank you - great examples. We liked the last two. Very similar. On the market we like the Thor Chateau 27R that is very similar to the last two you showed. Any pro / cons on the Thor chateau from your perspective?

New subscriber. I'm a travel nurse and trying to decide whether to get a travel trailer or class c. Wondering how difficult it would be to rent a truck to drop off the trailer at each new assignment 1-4 x a year or should I just get a class c? I don't want to buy a new truck just to move a trailer a few times a year. But then I wonder if I'd be wasting money with a class c if it will barely move... 🤔🤷
Hi M.R. I think the most economical choice would be to get the trailer and move it 3 -4 times a year. In fact, you could probably just pay someone at the campground to move it for you and help you get it all set up but you could also rent a truck and do it yourself. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching and commenting! We hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Mike and Susan

@@thomasthesing7452 Hi Thomas - we have a class C and the overcab leaked for a year! I just couldn't fix it. Finally, I put a new roof on and also used the roof coating to cover the seams on each side of the overcab - problem solved. I made a video about it. Here's the link if you would like to watch.
th-cam.com/video/0Fr02ynpM70/w-d-xo.html
If you don't want to go through this process you could use Flex Seal on the overcab seams. Took me a long time to realize that the factory seams failed. From what I hear the new fiberglass one piece caps are better but I was wondering if they leak where the seam is too.
Hope this helps!

That is ENTREGA with REAR slide for north/south bed.

Integra esteem is my favorite. More upgraded and liveable. Quality parts and fixtures.

Hey Craig,
Congrats! That sounds amazing, you'll make so many great memories.
Safe travels and happy camping!

The 'tiny microwave' is actually a 'convection oven' I think and often takes the place of an actual oven AND the microwave... my traveling kids love it.
Hi Bev,
We didn't cover that detail very well when we made this video but now we try to point out if each RV contains a regular or convection microwave.

Hi Amy,
Glad you like the reviews!
When does your new rig arrive? I think many HVAC parts are manufactures in Lake Charles LA which got nailed by 2 hurricanes so it might take some time for them to recover...
If your new Class C is like the Greyhawk I'm sure you will love it!

I wish they would offer queen size beds. I've never had a king at home and it would make room for a nightstand for my morning or evening beverage plus it is a must for my CPAP machine. Millions of people use these but most RV manufacturers seem oblivious.

Hi Shelley,
We are always impressed with Jayco's floor plans. It just depends how much you want to spend. Tiffin and LeisureVans make very high quality products but they are expensive. On the lower end I like Jayco and Gulf Stream.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Happy New Year!

My wife and I have a 2023 24b, the Mattress is very comfortable.. we looked at the 22 with the corner bed, but liked the overall layout of the 24b
There's always a trade off
Love the lil night stands and the king/queen beds. Husband uses a CPAC machine so I would need to know if there are electrical outlets near the bed...
Usually there are electrical outlets nearby. We have so much devices that need charging. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting DestinyScotties.
I like #3 and #4 - you know honestly you cannot buy a house anymore for $129,000 (at least not a decent one). I'm looking to buy something like this and live in it and retire. Thanks Bruce! Why was that your choice?
You did a good review of all of these and they all are real nice. Shopping for RV's is like shopping for shoes. Not all fit your feet exactly the way you want. Most people place emphasis on specific features they are primarily interested in. I am interested in a RV of this size that has the perfect TV viewing with the theater seats in a Class C . I guess there are not many this size that will have that feature. Thanks for the good and interesting review.

GET READY! We are launching our new digital/video magazine on June 1st!
I would take out the dinette and put in a televator, cabinets and a fold up desk with free standing chairs. To me the dinette is wasted space. Most people eat outside and if it’s bad weather you could eat at the desk area or use TV trays.
That sounds like a great modification. Love the idea! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
I just wish that RV manufacturers would stop putting in regular microwaves and instead install a microwave convection oven combo.
Even better put it down on the lower countertop instead of being high up
We agree! We get tired of the regular microwaves too.
Thanks again for watching!

Unfortunately we can't. We shoot our RV tours mostly at RV shows and some dealerships and we are not able to bring the slides in. Sorry, but thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
How is towing a heavy car and car trailer with Model C’s?
Hi McGCh46e,
We don't know yet because we haven't tried that. But we want to rent or borrow a jeep for a week and tow it with our Class C. If we do we will make a TH-cam video about it and share the info!

Hey Raymond,
We recommend checking out the manufacturer's website for anything we didn't cover in the video to assure you get the most accurate info about each camper :)

Do the tv’s in the bunk not swing out you didn’t say? Would be nice to know if any tv’s swing even if it is just a mention
Hi lolani,
I don't know right off hand but I would guess the TVs in the bunk areas don't swing out - most don't.

The first coachman, master " bed" is less than comfortable looking.
I cant imagine spending that much money on a new rv and sleeping on a cushion like that.
Hi Goalie,
I can't tell if a bed is comfy or not just by looking at it...maybe go see one and try it out...
