Thanks for this breakdown! Funny enough, I do plan on having a rental if I make this trip I'm planning, so you telling me about the $50 daily fee is a surprise that I just avoided before getting there!

What hotel would you recommend that’s near port of Miami and it’s clean no thin walls and not a lot kids running the halls????

It’s an AC/Element--the cheapest Bonvoy offers. Plus, valet parking in River North in Chicago will cost $75…

what’s the weather like in august ?

Paying for valet but still having to park yourself is ridiculous. I live in Midtown miami and I love it for the most part but its stupid stuff like that that annoys the hell out of me

Honestly that part blew my mind, I understand they didn’t want the liability because it was a Lamborghini but still forcing me to pay for Valet and park it myself is craaaazy

@@andrereign the liability part doesn’t even make sense because its miami, more specifically its brickell. They’re target market is people that drive expensive and exotic cars. You see how many expensive cars there are in Brickell so having a valet for a business that doesn’t park expensive or exotic cars doesn’t make sense. Then to still charge gor valet on top of that is crazy

Exactly I completely understand, the only reason I’m saying that’s somewhat understandable is because it’s a low level Hotel and not one of their signature luxury brands. It’s like bringing a Bugatti to a Motel so I understand why it was like that, I’m not saying I agree with it.
