Very interesting mold…I like that you call it a “curiosity piece”. 😁

Something with no real purpose that pokes someone's curiosity. 🙃

Thanks, I love creative techniques! Best luck to your knee, and say hello the Magellanic Clouds and Southern Cross for me. Sub’d from Northern Hemisphere!

Thanks about the knee. Should be simple and straightforward. One of my loves is Astronomy. Sadly, a little too much light pollution here.

I thought it was beautiful and a really different shape! Thank you for making the videos! I have learned a lot from you!

As always thanks for your tutorials. The mould could be the lid of a trinket box? Just a thought.

Absolutely! Just need to work out how to make a true box without a special mould.

Another great vid. I've made about 200 p/w in the last couple of years and they are a great way to use up small bits and to experiment. If I can work it I'll send a pic. Keep up the good work

Thanks Paul. It would be great to see what you've been doing. Paul, do you have a studio / gallery where you are?

No,1/4 of a small old fibro shed. Kiln, saw and grinders under an open verandah behind plastic sheeting. Only a hobbyist, what I don't give away lies everywhere about the house, one day I might get a stall at a market but I'm extremely lazy. @@RocketRoseArt

Hi Jeff, sorry to take so long, everyone down here is dying with sinus. I'm in Sydney, lived in Belfield 2191 for 68 years and 2 weeks ago they changed the name to South Strathfield 2136. @@RocketRoseArt

@@paulhampton938 Great. Sorry about the sinus though. We may be going down there to visit the great grand kids. Not sure yet but if we do maybe we can visit, if that's okay. I'll let you know what happens.

I really enjoy your videos, inspiring. Can you tell me please I want to use some Millifiori but I can only find 104 COE. Do I need to adjust my firing schedule. If so how/where can I find appropriate schedules for paperweights. Thanks in advance PR

Sorry, but I've never used 104 so can't help with the schedules. Have you tried posting on some of the glass related forums?

Hi there, I believe your dish was used for dipping bread into balsamic and olive oil.

Hi Lauren. Being made in Italy that makes sense. I wonder why would they have that stepped profile. For a purpose or decorative!!

The balsamic sits at the bottom and oil on top, looks pretty and after you dip the bread you use the shaped sides to remove the excess. I love to watch your videos too btw.

@@laurenmoore9538 I would never have guessed that. Sort of makes sense, I think 😁
