- I’m alive, been a while since I did this kinda video. With the new Fire Emblem game out, I wanted to do so once more, since these are the main videos people know me for nowadays.
For this series I skipped one of the Shez forms to avoid showing the same, or similar convo twice. But worry not I will do a full male Shez video later to make up for it.
It’s worth noting that few characters have 3 supports together. And that some of them only show on certain routes. Quantity over quality, I guess? Warriors Three Hopes definitely had long supports for the smaller number, so I leave that up to you to interpret.

The Nabateans were HIGHLY shafted in this game, I hope there's dlc & it gives them a path, even a short one.
Oh, absolutely. They couldn’t even be bothered to give the Saints proper designs. Or change the outfits of their portraits. It’s infuriating as a big Nabatean fan, lol.
@@Beesbeeswhatsonthemenu it's also quite unfair for some characters to accuse them of all that bullshit when the game itself contradicts it all, give Rhea & co their pov like they gave all 3 lords, Nabateans history & lore are super interesting yet mainly shrouded in mystery, my only hope is the dlc, that if there's a dlc even lol

@@lisannawilfhelm5819 true but the Agarthans are all saturday cartoon villains with 0 nuance or characterization or development but the Nabateans are very interesting! Sothis is never shown as her true self she's only shown as a bratty child, the Nabateans genocide, the surviving Nabateans are still a mystery outside of Seteth & Flayn, not to mention how nuanced they are, they're mostly good & benovelant but would fight back & do some damage.
Hopefully we get a dlc about both Nabateans & Agarthans.
With Engage coming out literally the upcoming January, seems like they intended on Three Hopes getting shafted all the way to not make Three Houses look weaker.
I wish Seteth had a vocal support with the following:
Byleth (trying to find out if they're Nabatean without revealing what a Nabatean is)
Bernadetta (similar to houses' supports, but not quite the same)
Ferdinand (Crest similarities)
Jeralt (they might have some sort of past!)
Sothis (duh)
Jeralt states he’s never met seteth when he returns to the church.
I definitely wished for Jeralt and Byleth.

Sadly the Ferdinand support would likely never come to pass, with the tragic passing of Billy Kametz (Ferdinand von Aegir). Though I do understand.

Man they really said f Seteth fans, a grand total of 5 support convos one of which just being with Flayn again. Not that these supports are bad but it sucks that he gets so few. I know for story reasons it wouldn't make sense, but him having a support with Ferdie woulda been great
Considering the leaked roster had the full cast there and 3 extra dlc slots, they probably were only able to finish Seteth at the last second before release.
For real, I guess it doesn't help that him and Flayn are only playable in Azure Gleam

The phrasing suggests Aubin was pass down before but did not survive to present day
There was an entire clan with that Crest according to a Paralogue. They fled to Dagda when the war was over and took their relic with them. Until it was handed over to Gerth.

So from what it sounds like. We had the four saints who were nabatean plus seiros. Did this just confirm that the four apostles were also nabateans?!

@@rougedruidlexi7543 The way Seteth says that Aubin cursed his blood and the fact he died of old age makes me think they were like the elites but found out the truth was horrified and threw themselves at the Saints begging for forgiveness
The apostles weren't Nabataean, but defected to their side after finding out how the agarthans managed to give them crests and created their relics.
@@GrandmasterKiran Uhh... No. There's no conclusive evidence pointing to the Apostles ever having been part of Nemesis' army. Circunstantial at best. An assumption shall never be considered a fact.

I don’t understand the lore regarding the Nabateans, so is Aubin like a good guy, does that make the other three good too? How did Maurice transform while the others didn’t (and why was he so weak lmao) why are the “dead” Saints giant monsters now
I like Seteth a lot, the only thing I dislike is his love for Rhea and his way of thinking, he’s like the religious elder who’s actually helpful
Plus Timotheos mightve have a gnarly power summoning stuff on command
The support with Seteth and Yuri confused me.
In Three Houses I always assumed that the old man who saved Yuri's life and gave him the crest was a direct decendant of Aubin and Aubin himself had died long ago. But apparently it was Aubin himself???
That raises many questions: Why is Aubin the only Nabatean who aged to be an old man? Seiros is probably the oldest living Nabatean at this point and she still looks like she's in her prime. So why did Aubin age so much compared to the rest of their people?
Also, Yuri said the old man died of natural causes. What happened to his body then? If he really was Aubin himself the Agarthans must have found the corpse and taken his bones and crest stone and turned it into the Fetters of Dromi. How did they know this random old dead man was a Nabatean? Do they just dig up random corpses and look for crest stones in the chests?
Even if all of that really was the case, the Fetters of Dromi can only be ~10-15 years old. How do Yuri (and Constance) know about this "Lost Relic" so much then? It seems so unlikely that the Agarthans created the fetters 10-15 years ago and then somehow lost it in Dagda pretty much immediately afterwards where it was then recovered by Duke Gerth.
Aubin wasn't a Nabatean. According to the lore from the first game's DLC, the lost saints were humans given crests for the purpose of reviving Sothis with a ritual. They were probably among the first if not THE first to be given Crests willingly. We already knew that people given crests directly by Nabateans lived extended lives by looking at Jeralt. The stronger the crest bearing blood concentration, the longer the lifespan seems to be.
The lost saints were ashamed of their failure to resurrect Sothis and didn't feel they deserved the favor of the Goddess. Most hid themselves away in their shame, but it seems likely that Aubin became a wanderer until he was too near death to wander. Since his body was human and his crest a gift, his body was as normal as any other corpse once he died.
Notice that Seteth bid his friend goodbye, not his brother. Aubin was just a human who tried to be more and hated himself when he failed. Fortunately, he seemed to find Yuri worthy of the gift he'd been given.
@@xionmemoria Huh, that information must have went right above my head then! I can't remember that it was specifically stated the four Apostles were humans. Do you have a citation/youtube video maybe? I'd love to read up on it if possible (since I lent my game to a friend and can't check myself)
a lot of them were killed during the war and I think crests can be fossilised hence the "crest stones" and other crest relics, however the crest relic things were mentioned in three houses more than in three hopes
@@Karuuhnia Nope, all stated regarding the Rite of Rising was that Seiros called the Apostles to Garrec Mach when the monastery's construction was finished to do (attempt) the Rite of Rising to revive Sothis by using the Chalice of Beginnings.
There's not a single line in any of these games saying the Apostles were humans and at the same time there's not a single line saying they were Nabateans.
Some people think it is a fact that the Apostles were part of Nemesis' army who deflected just because Aubin cursed his blood, died of old age and the Feathers of Dromi exist, even though that's nothing but a bunch of non-proven assumptions.
Nabateans might not be inmortal at all, just age like manakete, which can explain why Aubin died old if he was Nabatean. The Chalice being created by the Goddess herself only being able to function with the crests of the Apostles also might indicate that they could have been some of the very first Nabateans Sothis created so many thousands of years ago, making them the oldest nabateans.
Vahjra Mutshi was created *after* the War of Heroes, at the non-Agarthan populated isolated village Kupala, and has *two* crest stones, which proves (alongside Aymir and Blutgang both having crest stones of the beast) that there are multiple crest stones for the same crest, which leaves open the possibility of the Feathers of Dromi having been created from the bones of a different Nabatean who had the crest of Aubin.
Aubin cursing his blood merely proves he, well, cursed his blood. Nothing more, nothing less. The failure of the Rite of Rising might also be a motive for the hatred, of Agartha having used the knowledge Nabateans shared with them for pointless warmorgering could have been a motive.
