Worked perfectly for me when I got a 2017 Audi A4 with 100k on it. Had 02 sensors issues and failed the inspection. If you use it properly you won’t have any issues, used it on my high mileage car at the same time as a service with no issues, just n fact I get way better fuel mileage and the car has its power back. I can’t fault the stuff.
Used on a 190,000 mile 2.2 diesel Mercedes with full service history

True, there's an underlying problem -- fuel mix running too rich, worn valve guides, piston rings/cylinder walls -- if a cat is carboned up, but I used CATACLEAN and it unclogged my catalytic converter for the time being.
