I am not sure if you are aware of this, but several of the large Batman cosplay facebook groups are ran by Robert's friends, they are actively covering all this up for him. He has countless customers waiting 1-2 years who still can't get their order. The admins of a lot of these pages are deleting all posts about Robert because he makes them screenprinted material (not sure if they get a discount or just skip the 2 year queue)
Shit! I know another cosplay builder who has me wanting for 3 years, currently. Compared to what this guy is capable of my build was a simple build. Yet I get no response and no updates. I even asked for my money back. I keep getting excuses. I work to hard for my money. My life is all work and no play. If I pay for something I expect the product. If you can't do the job then refund me. SMFH

One response about him on the Cosplay Council discord server (one I highly recommend joining, the link is in the description above) is "He is frustrating to work with. Will be my last time for sure." Seems like Rob, he's chatty until the money clears. Then he's very spotty when it comes to responding.

Hey Christian, I’m having issues with Rob as well. Wish ai came across your your page earlier. I put in two orders with Rob mid last year. I ordered a Batman cape and 10 Wolverine textured fabric sheets from DP3. It took him 6 months to make the Wolverine fabric but it arrived all dirty and uneven plus he also failed to deliver the promised amount. Aside from that he just never answered my questions, never gave any eta’s, ignored my questions, ghosted me, etc. I’ve recently launched a dispute because I don’t want to support him because he’s been disrespectful and his customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
I ordered a suit back in May. Supposed to be done by Oct. we are almost done with November now. For weeks it was next week it will be done, or update you tomorrow and I gotta bug daily or reply to story or his post just for a short response that doesn’t give me the answer I asked for. It upsets me and i gave a deadline. If I don’t get it I’m going to paypal for refund. It pisses me off. Lack of communication, lack of update. Two months past due is unacceptable and i paid 700
if he doesn't give everyone who entered the giveaway a cowl i'm gonna be so pissed on behalf of everyone who entered the giveaway. like bro if u aren't gonna follow through on one, maybe follow through on the spite at least?????
They look great, but the quality isn't all there. I'm fixing to start work on a follow-up video that goes in depth with other customers since so many have been reaching out to me. It's insane some of the near unwearable garbage Rob has actually shipped out (assuming its the very small percentage of orders he actually tends to) for the prices he offers.

As fun as it is to hear you sass the shit out of Rob (not sarcasm I promise, please be sassy more often, I nearly died) I can't help but feel this was pretty petty on both sides Mostly him tbh but at the same time I can also see how messaging a guy every week for a giveaway win when other people's orders costing actual money were being put through, then writing a comment and then making a post about it would be infuriating Then you said this is a common issue with hundreds and thousands of dollars at stake, and all sympathy for Rob vanished 💀Granted a few more screenshots of the other customers you talked to and the Facebook post itself would've been nice, but that's just because I'm an evidence guy and know that if this escalates, you're gonna want those to avoid making it a "my word vs yours" situation. Either way, I'm sorry this happened mate, I get fussy when my orders are a few *weeks* late, I can't even imagine an entire year. Now you know where not to buy from at least.
