Very nice helpful video. Sir I can’t understand why not in Uk doctors do Endoscopy surgery. I was suffered 10 years . 5 years ago my right side foot drop here take to 3 to 6 months do treatment.then they give me injection. Then my start left side same pain buttok leg and foot then after long time they gave me first injection left side. I had all ready 5 injection right side. Last year again start same sciatica pain left side then finely June 2021 done my left side L/3L/4 Microdiscectomy surgery. I f doctor do my surgery 5-6 years ago maybe I not suffered lot. I am from West Bengal, My mom started having back pain 4-5 years ago and it is now huge.The pain is now down to the left leg along with the back pain.
