Dr i am having L4,L5 disc herniation since 3-4 years..all this days it was bearable with physio and stressing exercises…but since one month i m again feeling sciatica pain…while passing stool i am feeling severe pain…while turning when i m sleeping i can feel the pain…i don’t have much problem walking though…i use to see your video’s and think whether surgery is needed in my case or not …some physiotherapists use to scare me by saying that after post surgery the pain comes back again after 3-4 years…i want to know about this from you and the patients who have undergone spine surgery…a video on this will be very helpful…
